“Great facility, Great service, Great Price”

This hotel is close to brand new and as such in excellent condition. The staff is very friendly and efficient. Rooms are spacious. The hot breakfast is indeed a hot breakfast and not just muffins and coffee.

“Tidy, but Tiny - in the Euro style”

Our room was spotless, and well-appointed, but tiny, in the Euro tradition... it had space for two people, and two suitcases, but just barely. The room decor was somewhat cold and antiseptic, again a Euro touch. The elevator worked, the front desk staff were friendly, and the breakfast was adequate, with eggs, biscuits, and sausage. There is one computer, in the lobby, with a printer, where one may check email and print boarding passes -- it worked well. The outdoor swimming pool is the smallest such pool I have ever seen!

“Cool Place”

This was a really neat hotel. Nice window bench, my teenage son was happy to sleep on. Very accommodating staff and up to date decor.

“Great place to stay...”

I was a little concerned that their would be noise from the airport. I didn't have that problem. It was a nice place for the price. The rooms are a little small..but great for what I needed. The only problem that I had was that the remote control for the television didn't work well. I probably could have had that fixed, but just never took the time to call about it.

“Will book Microtel Inn and Suites again when traveling.”

Booked for a week and was very satisfied in every way. Would give it a 2.5 or 3 rating. Reasonable and affortable. Recommend it fully. Close to the Airport and only 15 minutes from Austin.

“Thank you for kindness!”

The staff were super helpful and friendly. Especially the man who drove the "airport transport" vehicle. He made a special effort to come to work an hour early to get a group of us to the airport for a very early flight. It is the human kindness these days which stands out far and above anything material. In these days when so many people have their attention on their "APS"...to have a person look you in the eye and say, "I'll help you out" this really makes the rough days, the delays, the long lines at security.....so much easier to tolerate. Thank you for kindess!

Our stay was very nice, hotel staff very friendly and helpful. The room layout was very cozy and had a nice view from the window seat. My husband really was pleased with the rate. Looking forward to our next stay with Microtel Inn and Suites.
