The room was dirty. Debris on the floor. Opened soda in fridge. Bathroom dirty. Bed was hard. Pillows were terrible. Shower water pressure was fantastic. Cheapest crap soap ever.

The reservation was not honored and the room was paid in full ... Only a refund was suggested... but at 1.30 am how helpful is that? If you do not want to sleep in the car as I did ..... do not rent this property!!

The area is clean and safe and has many different places for shopping and eating. The Hotel is clean and quiet and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable.

Nothing unique,. Cool wouldn’t change to heat. Breakfast wasn’t stocked. Most items were not available when we arrived but restocked later, tables were not wiped down after people left so others could sit down. Counters were not cleared of empty containers and wiped down.

Breakfast area had 1 waffle maker for guests who couldn’t have juice or toast (no bread, no juice in dispenser). The sausage and eggs? looked I unappetizing. Coffee was never hot and had to be microwaved. Room was clean, but several broken floor tiles, torn window seat cushion. No tissues only 1 trash can. Charged a mystery $25 fee when we checked in saying it would be refunded after our stay. I won’t stay there again

First, let me start by saying that the room itself was clean, and that the staff was very friendly and helpful! So this is not a matter of the staff this is more of advertisement. It’s was a little disappointed to get to the hotel, and to see that the room did not look like anything like the room on the website!! Matter of fact, the room looked like something you would find at a Motel 6. I feel like it was false advertisement.

I’ve booked a suit room but ended up getting a studio ad they’re renovating all the suits ( I booked a few days in advance and bought in suit price). Front desk didn’t inform me that there was no suits but make me move to another studio that is cheaper. Heater doesn’t work in that room. We left with 72f and came back with 63f a/c running. We requested the maintenance before we left, after 5 hrs later, nothing was fixed. Only in the bathroom was a shampoo. I’d say this place deserved to be 1 star instead of 3. Service could be a 0

Bare minimum approach in all aspects undergoing a reno at the time of my stay but to offer rooms that have not been fully cleaned after the construction was completed is inexcusable. Drywall mud, anchors, etc still on the carpet throughout the room as well as in the stairwell. Elevator was partially damaged and tagged with graffiti. Electrical boxes roughed in with no devices throughout the floor were ugly. Attention to detail non existent. Not horrible but not great either. Good value overall I guess that’s not saying much given how everything these days is overvalued

This was the worst experience ever. Dirty sheets, no smoke alarm, no toilet paper holder, carpet was disgusting, all the furniture was stained, bathroom light didn’t work, closet had no door or rod, shower door didn’t close, elevator walls were all ripped up, hallway carpet had huge stains, second floor hallway smelled like weed and so much more.

We were traveling for baseball as we often do. After I checked in I left my items in the room. Upon return from grabbing dinner I was greeted at my door by another woman who was assigned my room, and given the key my room. Luckily I returned at that time or all the sports equipment I had in the room for safe keeping may have been gone. My kids were scared that at any moment someone else would come inside our room. The facility was run down. Pool was closed. Elevator panel was damaged. Weird blue stuff that resembled toothpaste along the walls everywhere. I do not recommend and will not return.

The first room we were allocated was not ready to rent as half the electrical outlets in the room were not operational. When informed the front desk informed that someone would show up and repair the situation . Never happened so when called again they gave us another room . In the three nights that I was there the elevator floor was never cleaned and the elevator walls were ripped off and in horrible condition. The breakfast offered was a joke both the coffee machine and the juice machine were out of order and the indifferent attitude of the staff only added to A horrible experience. When we returned to our room on the last day the towels had been delivered however the beds were not made . This motel is a waste of money and should not be utilized by anyone if there are alternate options.
