Very helpfulPosted Jul 27, 2014
I came to town on crutches. Every one was very helpful. Quick with my car or helping me take bags down to the lobby.

Nice hotel convenient to downtownPosted Jul 23, 2014
Pros: The lobby was pretty. Rooms were very nice. It looked like the pool was fun; wish we had time to go in it.
Cons: Would be nice to have wireless internet access included for the same price.
Location: 6th Street is close.
Very friendly staff when we checked in, as well as the valet.

Nice hotel is a good value.Posted Jul 22, 2014
We had a wonderful time. The pool is beautiful. It was a little disappointing that there was no complimentary breakfast. When I called and asked they explained they are "full service" and "don't have complimentary anything." This is true so if you're on a budget you may want to bring snacks. It was clean and lovely. The indoor part of the pool (and jaccuzzi) was open 24/7, but the outdoor part of the pool closed at 10. However, when we were there a group of older kids were still using the outside pool after 10 and nobody said anything.

Weekend Stay in AustinPosted Jul 22, 2014
Hotel was extremely close to downtown. An extremely cheap Uber ride to 6th street area for dinner. The hotel bar was great. Enjoyed a few drinks and appetizers there. Food was very good. It surprisingly was very rowdy later into the night. Some patrons had a little too much, and was definitely a loud non-PG conversation. But overall the hotel and its staff were excellent.

The hotel was nice but very middle of the line when ranking hotels. Their breakfast was very limited and NO free wifi.

Nice hotel for the price.Posted Jul 14, 2014
Pros: It was quiet, and clean.
Cons: They could put a fan in the bathroom.
Location: We went to Barton Springs Pool, amazing! A natural spring fed pool, well maintained, and park. It even has a little train that goes around the park.
Our stay was comfortable and the staff was very polite, friendly, and helpful. Our cable went on the fritz, and the staff had it fixed in a jiffy. Overall, I would stay there again if I was in the Austin area.

Girly Road Trippin'Posted Jul 6, 2014
Pros: The beds were divine
Location: Must experience 6th Street at least once.
The hotel was very nice. The only problem we had was with the directions to get there from the GPS. The rooms and bed were very comfortable. Highly recommend.
