Cons: Ice in ice maker
Loved the personel and the kitchette and spaciousness of the suites. Just fine considering we were out a lot. Bed comfortable and the unit was quiet.

Pros: Very little.
Cons: Nearly everything.
Location: Luckily, when you lose out on breakfast with your $300 room, there is a Denny's with free Wifi down the road.
We booked this hotel on Expedia, paying at the time of booking, specifically because it was pet friendly. No additional pet charges were given on Expedia. On arrival after a long drive, we were told that with our two sub-20 pound dogs our $150 per night room would now be a $300 room - a $150 additional pet fee. Not a deposit, a fee. What choice did we have after driving several hours with dogs and arriving late? We had already pre-paid on Expedia....like they're going to refund our money!, so we were forced to pay this ridiculous fee. The room we were given was large, with a sofa and galley kitchen, but it was old, with peeling paint, torn up tiles in the kitchen, broken drawers on the vanity. The room smelled VERY strongly of air freshener, which makes me think they didn't bother using that $150 fee to clean between pets. We were looking forward to the included breakfast the next morning, but arriving in the main building at 9:15 we were told breakfast ended at 9:00 (no one mentioned this when we checked in). What hotel ends breakfast at 9:00? This is not a business hotel where everyone is out early - no business-person would stay at this place - it's for travelers and visitors, who might like a cup of coffee after 9am. The staff could not have been less friendly or helpful about any of this. Expedia holds some of the blame here, but ultimately it is the hotel's responsibility how they are presented on Expedia, and how they respond to booking complications.

Hotel resembles a'70s-era apartment complex, a brightly painted jumble of kid's blocks, crookedly stacked and little worn on the edges. Room was large yet comfy, sporting much more 'kitchenette' than most hotels that tout them full sized refrigerator! Large flat screen, king size bed, and a (bit extraneous) fireplace. Cozy, quiet, and big enough for a rambunctious two-year old to play. Ideal for an extended stay.

We enjoyed the adorable loft bedroom floorplan - it was spacious, but you can hear every conversation of anyone who walks by even though they are talking in a normal voice, which led to several wake ups during the night.

Nice for the price. The split bedrooms,sofa sleeper, and two bathrooms were nice to have for the five adults staying. Noticed sugar ants after waking up the first morning, which the maintenance staff took care of promptly.
