“Great place, great staff”

Our visit was quite good. We did however have one problem, the toilet ran and the handle needed jiggled to make it stop. Other than that, everything was great!

“conveniently located for overnight stays”

sliding doors at the entrance would be more convenient but the room was clean and comfortable for our single overnight stay

“Great hotel, excellent price and service”

If you're looking for a price deal this hotel is an excellent value. 10 minute walk to closest public transportation bus stop but not bad. Two restaurants are withing a few minutes walking distance and two other small take outs within same range. Overall good deal if you need to conserve money and I surely do. Nice folks at motel front desk and appears to be a safe neighborhood.

“wouldn't stay even if offered a free stay!!”

My husband and I travel to Austin once a month because he's a Co Pastor. We left to our church service after checking in When we came back to our room the hallway smelled like cigarettes and other substance the Not legal. Our room smelled horrible and there were small roaches in the restrooms I couldn't wait for the night to be over Not a pleasant stay. At check out the girl told me that the floor where my room was located was 1/2 smoking. I will never come back to red Roof!!

“You get what you pay for but friendly service”

The condition of the hotel was not that great. It needs some renovations but the staff was VERY friendly and accomodating. I was a little nervous at first because the door jam was bent like someone had tried to pry the door open. Despite the whole door thing, I would stay there again. I got what I paid for.

“Not up to Red Roof Inn standards”

Don't be fooled by the brand name. This hotel is more like a Motel 6 with a coat of paint. Terrible coffee, and no nearby coffee shop to make up for it. Only plus is location close to airport.

The location was excellent. The check-in was easy and the personnel were friendly and efficient. The condition of the hotel was OK. The bed was a bit lumpy.

“Not real Impressed”

This location really needs to be updated. There were a lot of work trucks in the parking lot and all of the men(who were also guests at the hotel) were sitting in the parking lot drinking. There was a lot of people in and out of the building that didnt seem to be staying there. This is not a place i would like to go back with my family.

We loved the hotel, and the fact that pets stay free. There was no fridge though or continental breakfast. But everything was great overall.

We really don't enjoy the city of Austin that much. We do enjoy the surrounding areas of Austin a lot.
