“Wonderful Hotel - Very Pet Friendly”

The Renaissance was a wonderful stay. Had my little sheltie with me and she loved it also. Beautiful treed park in back. Beds very comfortable.

Great hotel with plenty of shops in walking distance. Rooms with terrific views and a great late night dip in the pool and hot tub.

The staff were excellent from the bellhops to the cleaning staff. Everyone was so nice and courteous. We loved the interior design of the hotel. It gave us a feel of being somewhere else even though we were enjoying a staycation...

“Austin's Best Hotel”

This is a great hotel with excellent service and staff. The fitness center is first class with a TV at each cardio machine. There are plenty of cold and dry towels to use during your work out, and they provide apples and water...great place for exercising! The indoor and outdoor pools are wonderful. The hot tub could have been a little warmer, but still very nice, and I loved the sauna. Room service was excellent. When my hair dryer went out, I had a new one within 15 minutes. The rooms are very clean, and the staff provides plenty of toiletries and towels. The breakfast has a variety of food including lots of fresh fruit and freshly made omelets. There are great restaurants, movie theaters and shopping all in walking distance or less than a mile drive. I am looking forward to coming back soon!

“Dog Friendly”

The room was huge and very comfortable, and the shower head was great! We took our 3 small dogs and walked in and out of the lobby to a very friendly staff...no struggling with doors, because the doorman assisted us each time. A big plus...walking distance to the Arboretum shopping...and Austin shops and restaurants (outside) are dog friendly, too.

“Repeat Client”

We absolutely love this hotel. We have stayed there several times, and each time we are not disappointed. The price is a bargain for the level of service and amenities you receive.

“Excellent service and pleasant atmosphere”

Excellent service. Desk was helpful, concierge was right on with what I needed while on business and room service was top. The large atrium gives an excellent atmosphere and surrounding of openness. Great access to restaurants and stores near by, as well as close by the interstate. I will have plans to stay there again for sure.

As a Rennaissance "frequent" stayer - I would rank this one in the top 10. Wonderful accomodations, fabulous location central to everything.

From the beginning to the end, our trip was special. Greeted by a new hostess who was wonderful, our experience was so enjoyable. Enjoyed the breakfast brunch the next morning.
