Because I got the room for such a cheap price, I had expected it to be not so great, but it was really nice!

We went for the weekend to move my daughter back to college, the staff was very friendly and the room was very clean and comfortable. Definitely the best in this price range we have found, the pool is the largest in the area.

I attended my son's graduation at Texas State University and the hotel was within walking distance. The hotel was neat and clean. The night clerk was nice and helpful. I will stay there again when returning to San Marcos. The price was great!

I would stay there again because it was clean, convenient and available on short notice. One guest commented that only one table was available for the continental breakfast while about seven of us stood. The rolls were clumped together as if rolled out of a bag. I think more attention could have been given to this area of service.

Central location is great. Microwave, mini refrigerator, iron and ironing board and of course the t.v. This room had all that. We were too far away to receive wireless service for our laptop and there were no connections to connect in the room. Otherwise a great place to stay if all you want is a place to rest.
