“computers down?”

My only complaint is that the computers were down when I tried to check in around 12 PM -- I was held up in the lobby for nearly 40 minutes trying to get it sorted out and then when they finally tried to check me in with my Washington, DC drivers license, it couldn't find the "state" DC in their system. Frustrating experience, otherwise, nothing to complain about the room or service itself.

“Not so snazzy, not so trashy.”

It was noisy. There were younger people (kids&teenage) running around the parking lot and around the hotel itself. They were screaming & banging on the doors of a couple different rooms. We had to park in an unpleasant spot that was not very close to our room, and was around the back of the hotel, when there was no one else even around. That is where the hotel told us to park. It was close to our destination so that was nice & the rooms were ok for us also. Would stay here again but would not be my number one go to hotel.

“Maintenance needed”

The stairs to the second floor needed the non-slip strips on all steps, not just some. There was trash around the vending area. The grass needed mowing. It just seemed like the motel was neglected and in need of repair.

“"Not Impressed"”

No coffee pot in room. Hair dryer did not work. Remote for TV did not work. Light switch by door did not work. You have to go into a dark room & hunt for a lamp to have some light in the room. Bed is SUPER HARD! Front desk help NOT helpful nor knowledgeable. Do not stay here unless you have to!

“Worst Ever..”

Here is what you will get if you check in Roadway Inn San Marcos. 1. Poor wireless connections (I couldn't access internet during the stay from my room) 2. Dirty Room/Building 3. No Coffee machine (my room didn't have a coffee machine) and coffee in the lobby was cold. 4. Worthless continental breakfast

“AWFUL AWFUL HOTEL”

Juice machine broke. Light broken in bathroom. Small rooms. Nonsmoking rooms smelled like smoking. Maids took towels from rooms, but never gave clean ones. They didn't have a sheet on one of the beds. Terrible location. Too much wrong.

“Left before staying”

BAD BAD BAD Place was a joke. Yeah, the pictures look nice on-line. But you might as well bring your steering bar lock and a security system. There is a run down crack apartment behind the place and as soon as we pulled in, blinds went up and people started looking. I left and went up the road to a safer and better place. I did go into two different rooms and both smelled nasty. Save yourself the joke and pay a few more bucks for a better place.

“JAGS”

Dirty and poorly managed hotel, if you need to stay for one night and keep moving, dont expect more than what you are paying for!!. The breakfast they offer and nothing is the same, so dont even lose time trying to get a bad cup of coffee and cheap pastry.

“Will not return to this hotel.”

This hotel was very dirty. There was a spider web in the bathroom. The air conditioning had been turned off and the room stayed hot most of the night. Overall, we had a horrible night and will not stay at a Rodeway Inn again. I would not recommend this hotel.
