“Nice Lodging”

Hotel is quite new and very well kept up. Room was very clean and walls and doors seemed to muffle typical hotel noises. Hot & cold breakfast was included along with free internet access.

“A wonderful experience!!”

Wow! We were so HAPPY with our experience at Sleep Inn and Suites in Round Rock, Texas! We stayed for 3 nights, Feb. 13, 14, 15th, and paid for our son and his bride to spend their wedding night too! The staff was gracious and polite from the moment we first walked in (including our phone call to ask about checking in late) to the time we left. Everything was sparking clean. The room was smartly decorated. The staff continually made us feel welcome. Everyone smiled - all the time! Housekeeping and even the breakfast concierge were friendly and polite. We loved the "happy hour" on Wednesday - what terrific food! The breakfast was first-rate! And the icing on the cake was the complimentary bottle of champagne for our son and his bride when we mentioned they had just gotten married! We were so surprised and pleased! Again, I must stress how friendly and professional the staff was, each and every time we interacted with them! I hope ALL your hotels are this good, because we will be staying again and recommending you to our friends! Than you so very much for a wonderful experience! We will be talking about this for a long time!

“Great Hotel”

Newer hotel, close to interstate, with many restaurants nearby. Staff very friendly, free breakfast and cookies in the afternoon. 15-25 minutes from downtown Austin. We enjoyed our stay.

“Newest in Round Rock?”

Picked this motel as being the newest I could find, and it was great. Very nice rooms, baths, lobby, etc. Highly recomend it.

“Very clean”

The only negative was that the water pressure in the shower was a little low.

“5-star service”

The room was very clean and the staff was so friendly. Our only complaint was that about 12 midnight, when we started getting ready for bed, the air conditioner clicked off, and we could hear the conversation in the next room and that kept us awake.The walls are so thin, I realized they probably could hear us also. We had to turn the tv on all night, until they went to sleep, turn the air low so that it would not click off, which it did, and even turn the bathroom vent on to distort some of the sound. Other than the thin walls, everything was 5 star, including the hot breakfast and cookie and punch snack in the afternoon. Thanks, Donna and Jessica!
