The property needs an update and if you aren’t staying at least 3 nights- you don’t get maid service. The shower faucet was almost falling off of the wall; the property is in desperate need of repairs & a remodel. The pool is indoors but tiny with a very strong smell of chlorine (it’s hurts your eyes strong)

This is the most dirtiest Marriott property I’ve ever stayed. The rooms carpet were dirty. The exercise room had no air condition, and machine were also dirty. public restroom faucet was broken. We saw a dead cockroach on the dining floor in our table during the breakfast. Carpet seems have not been cleaned. This hotel has put a bad name for Marriott. Interesting enough staff were all friendly.

Strong chemical smell on floor we stayed on - paint, cleaning products, something not pleasant. Rooms are poorly laid out, not very clean and ours had flickering headache inducing lights - couldn’t turn half the lights on due to this. It was fine, but not the best.

The only issues I had were that the elevator buttons hardly worked & the ice not being on the floor that it says that it’s on. We stayed on the 3rd floor & there was an ice sign but were told that it’s only on the 2nd. Other than that, the stay went well & we loved our room.

When we checked in, we were given the wrong room. They tried giving us a smaller room and said they had nothing else available. After arguing that our family would not fit in that size room and that we had already paid in advance, they were able to find a room. Water pressure was almost non existent in the shower. No spare toilet paper in our room and we found the phone in the room didn’t work when we tried calling the desk. The lady helping at breakfast was very nice and hustled each morning to keep food out.

When I say this property is the epitome of excellent service I MEAN IT! From the check in attendant fulfilling my requests to GiGi and the manager saving and swiftly returning my forgotten cell phone. On top of all that, GiGi wrote me the kindest note and included it with my phone. Spacious rooms, generous breakfast selection, indoor heated pool, quiet, and comfortable.

The check in was easy and quick along with friendly employee. There was plenty of (free)parking and lots of lighting. We drove to the convention center all weekend for a tournament, which was about a 15 - 20 minute drive depending on traffic. There are fast food places nearby and the hotel has a small convenience snack area with snacks to purchase. We noticed hot breakfast each morning that looked and smelled good, but we did not eat there. We had a 2 queens room w/pullout couch and it was perfect for us 3 females. Room seemed clean, pool looked clean, lobby area was clean and guests we passed were nice. We would for sure stay again.

Good location - room was not as clean
I've stayed here before. The last time I stayed, the rooms were fairly clean. This time, the room was kind of dirty. Had stains in the bathroom area. The tiles looked like it needed a good cleaning. But the room was quiet. Staffs were nice.

The tv did not work in our room and there was a large whole in the wall behind the door. We reserved 2 rooms one for our selves and one for our daughter's family. We had given the motel our credit card but they would not let our daugher, with 2 small children check into their room until we arrivedb, even though they were willing to pay with their own credit card, so they had to wait for our flight to land and didnt get into there room until we arrived at 10 pm.
