“Great Stay!”

I chose this hotel because it was not right on the freeway. It was easy access to two major freeways, shopping, dinning, and businesses. This hotel has recently complete renovations and is clean. The staff at the front desk were very positive and willing to go the extra mile to give excellent customer service. Grounds were clean, including the patio areas, pool, sport court, and parking lot. Decor was not over done, stairwells were carpeted. Complimentary breakfast was available for 3 hours each morning. Dining area looking out over landscaped patio and pool area. Very comfortable accommodations, nice layout of room, plenty of hypo pillows. Enjoyed the textured bath towels vs. the plain terry loop. The ice maker in the freezer was convenient, nice size refrigerator. This is also a pet friendly hotel for the pet lovers. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

“Home away from home.”

The hotel was very lovely and well kept. The room was very quiet and, to us, luxurious, yet homey. We stayed three days and enjoyed every minute. The rooms were clean and the staff very helpful and pleasant. Will come again!

Everyone went out of there wat to be helpful and kind...these folks need to conduct training seminars for other hotels in how to treat customers.I could'nt ask for nicer folks. Again thank you

“Great stay”

The staff of the Staybridge was very helpful from the time I made my reservation until I left. There is an excellent Mexican restaurant next door, too! Excellent happy hour during the week and very nice breakfast every morning. I would definitely stay there the next time I was in Austin.

“Lots of room, great value”

Stayed here 4 nights over New Years. Very clean and comfortable. King Suite had mini kitchen that was well laid out, lots of room. Mostly quiet. Great breakfast. Lots of choices and hot. Too cold to enjoy the patio or pool but the small exercise room had new Precor machines. I give it a 9 out of 10 only because the elevator was out of commission and was being fixed half the time, but we didn't mind walking up to the 2nd floor.

“Nice hotel; friendly staff; good area and convenient to stores”

Nice hotel. Tuesday thru Thursday they have a complimentary light dinner, I think it's theme related because one night they had fajitas and the next night sub sandwiches. Both were buffet style build your own with complimentary fountain sodas, juices and beers. Thought it was a nice touch! Staff was very friendly and helpful. The standard room I booked was full, so they put me in a one bedroom suite, which was great! Nice little kitchen and living room and the bedroom had double doors closing it off. Bed was comfortable. I liked the room a lot; I was pleasantly surprised. I would definitely stay again.

Friendly staff and great Sundowner's buffet. Room was clean and quiet. Slept great on a comfy bed, more than I expected

The hotel was comfortable and quiet. Internet speeds were good and I was able to get work done. I highly recommend it.

“Excellent all around amenities”

The hotel was very clean and the staff quite friendly and helpful. The room was great-like a tiny apartment. The daily breakfast was excellent, with an attendant who kept the food well stocked. For all around amenities and service, I would rank it very high.
