It was just ok

Upon arrival we had to wait for the clerk as she was talking to another employee. Our first room had no heat and our second room also had no heat but we were tired and just dealt with it. It was close to the circuit which was nice

Amazingly nice for a Super 8 hotel

After having some fairly dreadful experiences with other "lower-priced" hotels during the South-by-Southwest (SXSW) Festival, lucked upon this gem for the final four days. Whereas the other places I stayed were mostly dreadful, this place was absolutely fantastic. I was able to check in early (around 1 pm) due to an available room, the "suite" (not really, but a bigger than average room) was extremely clean, up-to-date, and very comfortable. Really appreciate the onsite coin operated clothes washer and dryer. The drive to downtown Austin only takes about 10-15 minutes, particularly if you avoid the expressway and just use Riverside Drive. Wish I had stayed here during the entire Festival, and would highly recommend it if you are looking for a budget offering.

People above me made a lot of noise at 2:30 am. Nice hotel but in a bad neighborhood.

Reasonable for the money

Pros: Good value, breakfast was convenient.
Cons: They could loose that intense incense smell when you first walk in. For some of us that is not a pleasant odor.
Overall the hotel was nice. Rooms were clean, many TV channels, comfortable bed.
