Cons: No suggestions.
Nice, clean room, especially for the low Expedia price. Very good buffet breakfast.

Pros: nice looking, good breakfast
My wife and I had multiple insect bites on our arms, legs and body after staying there for 3 nights in Rm 115. I highly suspect bed bugs !!

Decent Hotel North of Austin

Posted Apr 29, 2015
Pros: The lounge was small but very enjoyable, the gentleman behind the bar was very personable.
Cons: The cleanliness, in particular the carpet was not vacuumed and this was a little disappointing as we had a toddler in our room.
Location: Lots nearby - cannot possibly put in here. Drive around and you will find everything you need without going more than a few blocks.
We really enjoyed our short visit to Austin this April. The hotel breakfast was really great and I enjoyed the hours so this didn't require getting 'up early' in order to enjoy the food! I'll definitely consider staying here again given the rates , location, and general good value.

Nice

Posted Apr 20, 2015
Pros: The location is right on I35.
Location: Lots of restaurants and easy to get to.
Our room looked like it had recently been remodeled. Very nice and everything you could need. We were only there one night with a large group for a special event. The hotel staff was very accommodating even though they were booked to capacity. The breakfast was excellent and very well stocked! I have nothing bad to say.

Friendly staff, convenient location

Posted Apr 20, 2015
Pros: Friendly and helpful staff. Amazingly good free breakfast. I appreciate the hotel allowing for cancellations with no charge.
Cons: The facility itself needs some updating. The smell in the rooms is musty and stale which makes the rooms seem dingy.
Location: Very convenient location near the baseball fields and lots of good restaurants. Appreciate the ease with which I could get to I35 N or S.
Staff were friendly and the free breakfast was delicious with lots of variety and choices. The hotel itself is somewhat dingy and in bad need of a remodel. The bed was comfortable, however, the room smelled very musty and stale. Even after running the air very low the room still smelled musty. The pull out bed was extremely uncomfortable. Overall, the hotel is okay and very convenient to where we were but definitely needs some updating.

Decent Hotel except that one employee

Posted Apr 20, 2015
Pros: Very quite and when we arrived we were treated well. Even got cookies and water bottles :)
Cons: The behaving of that lady which I talked about on my experience portion. Also there was strong cigarette(?) smell on the first floor.
Location: Great location very easy to find and close to the places like Salt licks etc.
Everything was very nice until I was checking out...I had already paid my bill before hand so all what was needed to do was to leave the keys to the reception...There was one gentleman talking about some comparisons between the Hotel brands etc. with the receptionist and i was in a hurry. First I was totally neglected and then I finally nicely interrupted their discussion I got " I'm talking with this gentleman here can't you see" With the very rude tone of voice. So I still insisted to leave my keys and I am in a rush..."Well on that case you can just leave those here" and again with the voice and face impressions which do not belong to the customer service at all. So I left the keys and walked out with out getting the proof of the payment and swearing that I will never come to this Hotel again. I have been in hundreds and hundreds Hotels and this was by far the worst customer service I have ever encountered! Hopefully you will provide this feedback to that lady (it was morning of 18th of April).

Nice place but bed not comfortable

Posted Apr 2, 2015
Pros: Everything but the bed.
Cons: Change out the mattresses.
Location: Very good location. Plenty of restaurants.
The overall hotel was nice, staff was great and the breakfast was good. However, while our bed cover was very comfortable, the mattress was very uncomfortable. Not only was it hard, but every time we turned over the plastic on the mattress made noise. Neither one of us was able to sleep.
