Our room was very humid and had a very strong smell of carpet shampoo. It was so strong and overwhelming. They’ve tried to make my nimble cosmetic upgrades. I will say the staff was lovely, breakfast was nice.

The A/C emits a toxic smell that makes the room uninhabitable. Otherwise, bed was comfortable and facilities were adequate.

Our room had an odor of dog from a previous guest. Floors were filthy in common areas. Breakfast bar was out of most items. Coffee bar was empty.

The group that checked me in and out were wonderful and perfect. Oddly enough the wifi would not work for me. No biggie there though its 2024. The floor in the bathroom felt a bit weak like it was going to collapse and the tile was loose right in front of the toliet. It was an old water bottle in the elevator that was there in the corner for over a day. But the inside seems to be old needs to be updated and remolded. Outside of that it was cool. No major complaints

It was a nice clean hotel. The beds were comfortable. The only thing that was wrong was a dog kennel, right next-door and barking dogs started at 7 AM and didn’t end until 7:30 PM

The only critics was that we had to ask for the room to be serviced, they said they were short of staff, but forgot to mention this on checking in, that we would need to request that the room needed servicing.

I'm sorry for the miscommunication. We do have a policy in place for guest who stay more than two nights will get serviced. I apologize for this not occurring during your stay with us. Our goal is to get all rooms cleaned upon checkout and to service rooms that request it or need it. I do hope you return a wyndham property for any future reservations.

Definitely unsafe, stumbled upon 2 different drug deals, and 1 attempted robbery all in the rear parking lot. Additionally, there was a very suspicious vehicles that drove through a few times like it was casing the lot. I was traveling in a cargo truck and felt like I could be robbed at any time. The staff seemed concerned and did call armed security to check the lot. The attempted robbery was from another hotel patron who was checking other vehicles for open doors. However, because I felt unsafe I got very little sleep. The hotel is under construction and very loud, undisclosed prior to booking. The furniture literally was falling apart, I'd share pictures but cannot submit any. The shower hit my nipples and I had to squat to wash my head. Because of this experience, I will never book a Wyndham property again.

We do have surveillance cameras monitoring our property around the clock.I have examined cameras in preparation for the day you mentioned. We have been under going remodeling of our rooms. I apologize for the inconvenience and for the noise that was heard during your stay with us. I do hope you reconsider your decision to stay with a Wyndham property.

Poor condition of the hotel. Seriously requires upgrades. While the cleaning services were good, carpets were dirty, walls thin, broken items everywhere. To make the stay worse, doggy day care next door. Dogs barking first thing in the morning. Lasts all day. Better hotels nearby.

It does take time for this and we have many remodeled rooms available now. As far as the dog kennel next door that is out of my control but I have spoken to the manager and they are trying to find a solution to the barking dogs. I apologize for any inconvenience and for the unpleasant stay. I would like offer you one of our remodeled room for any future stays with us

The property itself is okay, they don’t have any double Queen beds, and the room looked NOTHING like the picture, it was way outdated. But it was clean. Whoever the lady is that runs it at night was unbelievably slow and rude. I stood at the front for 15 minutes waiting for her and check in took another 10 minutes, that was almost thirty minutes just to check in. I came here before when it was different management and it was way better, updated and cleaner. That was three years ago. Smh.
