Pros: Very clean. Staff was very nice and helpful. Amenities were great considering low price I paid.
Cons: Deck chairs at pool were very worn and uncomfortable and need to be replaced. Also, my bed was very lumpy and needed to be replaced.
Location: I chose the location because it was close to friends I was visiting and close to the restaurants I wanted to go to. It is close to Town Lake and UT.
I chose the hotel to go see friends and a museum exhibit at UT. Everyone at the hotel was very nice and helpful. I liked the pool and workout space. Room was very nice...excellent bathroom with good towels and amenities. I will be staying there again.

Letdown

Posted Aug 27, 2014
Pros: It had beds
This was a one night stay, near the airport. The part of the hotel we were in was desperately in need of an update, and the business center appeared to be located in three restaurant booths in the lobby. We were told that there was a digital thermostat on the wall to control temp. We froze all night, then I finally checked the wall unit WITH ITS OWN THERMOSTAT set at 60. Don't believe everything you hear....

Old run down and not what you pay for!

The room looked more like it should be a 50$ a night room...not $110.00! No fridge, no microwave, and they charge you for breakfast. It was like staying at a cheap hotel.

Can't beat it for the price!

Located close to downtown for easy access, right off the highway makes everything easily accessible. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Room was comfy and patio right off the room was a great bonus.

GREAT HOTEL

Posted Aug 19, 2014
Pros: The location, the staff, the cleanliness, the beauty, EVERYTHING!
Cons: Put a refrigerator and microwave in all the rooms. Also, the lighting was somewhat dim.
Location: Downtown Austin!
This hotel is absolutely wonderful. The staff was more than accommodating. My only disappointment was that we had to rent a refrigerator and there was no microwave in the room. Otherwise, our stay was probably one of the best hotels we've used.

Nice hotel in convenient location.

Posted Aug 11, 2014
Pros: Nice areas to lounge and relax.
Cons: HVAC was struggling at times, but it was in the 100's
Location: Close to airport and South Austin.
Nice hotel that was in a convenient location next to IH35 and Ben White (71). Restaurant was great for Sunday's breakfast buffet.

Paid for 2 nights but only stayed one

Posted Aug 4, 2014
Pros: The front desk staff were friendly
Cons: The space is adequate if it was renovated.
Location: The location is very accessible.
Hotel was old, tired, and in need of a renovation. The rugs were old and not clean, the bed was 6 inches higher on one end than the other, the room did not smell fresh and clean.
