"Conveniently located."
The hotel is conveniently located to both downtown and Congress (great food, bars, and shopping). The hotel is very clean and nice. Great heated pool and hot tub. The bartender in the lobby deserves a shout out he was friendly, and was even helping people with restaurant suggestions. All staff were extremely friendly. I did have an issue with the cleaning staff banging on other rooms doors starting at 8:30 in the morning. Every 5 minutes they woke me up. We also ate at the restaurant The Onion Grill. It was a bit pricey and had a limited menu but was good overall.

"Luxury hotel, great location"
probably the best thing to say about this hotel is the staff was extremely helpful. I needed a shoehorn to get my boots on and when she had no idea what it was, another person went to shoeshine guy who immediately produced one that worked perfectly. I'm just sorry I didn't get names.
