“Great Service”

The only real issue was the lack of hot water one night while trying to use the Jacuzzi tub in my room. Not a big deal, but it hampered my plans to relax that night in my room after working all day. Otherwise, the staff was more than accommodating, and the deal we got with a local restaurant for delivered Italian was pretty great.

Very helpful desk staff. New facility in very good order. Appreciated the use of the computer in the lobby.

The hotel staff made me feel very welcome. They were friendly and even lent me a snow scrapper.

This was a great hotel. Easy access. Very Clean. Friendly service. Nice Pool. Would definitely stay their again.

“Quiet, clean and convenient”

This is a fairly new hotel, located just off I-90, in a quiet area. Staff was friendly, room was clean, everything worked as expected. Breakfast included hot items, waffles and a good variety to select from. The only bad comment: lighting of the driveway was poor going around the back to park, but the parking lot was well lit.

They gave us a free upgrade to a hot tub suite, but we couldn't use it since we we're only there to sleep on our way to our final destination. The staff was very friendly. Continental breakfast was basic, nothing great. Overall was pleased with the stay.

There was nothing fancy about this hotel, but the rates were reasonable, the staff was friendly, my room was spotless, and the WiFi Internet access was speedy and easy to use.

“Uh, it's okay for 1 night”

Hotel is right off highway and near a hospital so the area is safe however the rooms left something to be desired. Beds were okay at best. Hot tub was out the entire stay. Indoor heated pool was cold. Internet service was down 2 out of the 6 days. Breakfast was fine, nothing gourmet but adequate.

The beds were small for our family of four. Hotel was clean and well kept.
