A Little off the Beaten Path...Posted Nov 26, 2013
Pros: Pleasant lobby area, nice restaurant.
Cons: Signs on the highway and road leading to the place!
We arrived late, it was dark, and we had a bit of trouble finding the place. I was sorry we didnt' stay longer, as there was a pool I barely got to see. The night was FREEZING, and the restaurant was quite pleasant.

All flash and no substancePosted Oct 31, 2013
Pros: The building looks great and is very impressive
Cons: The staff seemed indifferent and they did not seem interested in our business. If you spoke to them first the responded but did not take the initative
Location: I used to live in the area and was visiting family
The room smelled stale. The toilet had to be fixed while we were there . Saturday night the hot water wasn't working and the AC / Heat unit was extremely noisy. There was no room service menu in the room and we had to call them to bring us up one and when they brought the food order the forgot the silverware. I have stayed here several times over the years and this time was a real downer.

Needs a few more amenitiesPosted Oct 8, 2013
Pros: Country location. Walking trails about a mile or two away.
Cons: Attention to guests.
Location: Hiking, wineries not far.
Dinner was excellent albeit slightly overpriced. We were only ones dining at 7:30 pm. not sure if because of priciness. Went to get coffee in morning and there is no coffee or continental breakfast available without paying. $2.00 for a cup of coffee. I would have thought that they would be more appreciative of guests considering price of room. Room was very nice and we slept with window open (early October). Restful and quiet sleep.

Hotel close to golf course. Beautiful grounds.Posted Aug 11, 2013
Pros: Hotel was decorated very nice. Food was good.
Cons: The old wing room that we stayed in smelled a little musty but the new wing was very nice.
Location: Pannini's grill or Redhawk grill are both very good and right around the corner from the hotel. There is also a very nice spa right around the corner
Stayed overnight for wedding. Had drinks in the lounge. Dinner in one of the banquet rooms. All very nice experiences. Catered food was excellent.

Resort in the middle of nowhrrePosted Aug 10, 2013
Pros: Location, the beds, the indoor pool/spa
Cons: Could use an update on carpeting and window repair where they are sweating
Location: Close to Cleveland and in a beautiful spot.
The most comfortable bed I have slept in beside my own! Breakfast buffet was a bargain and perfect.

The bed was very comfortable. There were not very many family restaurants close to the hotel. The gym was very nice and had plenty of equipment. The personnel at the front desk were great!
