Arrived at Brussels Midi at midday, took a taxi to the hotel, €10. On arrival at the hotel, the staff were friendly and attentive, our room was not ready, so we left our bags at reception and walked along Avenue Louise, a very bland road with very little to see or do. On return to the hotel, we were offered our room (104). The room itself was, large and well designed, we had the good fortune of having a nice sized roof terrace, with table and chairs overlooking the courtyard. The bathroom was average for this type of hotel, however the toiletries were very limited. On checking the mini bar, this too was not only limited in stock, but also had the remains of the previous occupants half drank water. On further inspection, the two chairs in our room, had some strange stains, as did the carpet and panels in the bathroom, there were some areas of chipped paint work, which I would not normally experience in this standard of hotel. The hotels location is a little far away from anything interesting, we were there Sunday and Monday, the shops in the area (Mont Blanc and Tiffany) were both closed when we passed nod the walk to the Grand Place area is a good 20 minutes and the return journey is uphill all the way. A taxi in each direction is €10. Brussels itself is not most exciting city, a small area around the Grand Place is ok to sit and have a drink but a day visit would suffice. Do not waste your time with the main shopping area (city2) it is just like any other low end high street

The staffs are fantastic and amazing every single one we encountered were brilliant, friendly, helpful, courteous, approachable and everything is achieved effortlessly with a smiling. No doubt they are the star of Le Louise.
Le Louise is a beautiful and well put together hotel, with an awe inspiring entrance. The decor is elegant and accented with splashes of colour, fabulous chandeliers with a bright and welcoming reception area. The public areas are well kept, clean, spacious and although in a busy area of Bruxelles, the terrace provided a calm and enjoyable oasis after a day of visiting Bruxelles.
The bar is great, quiet and relaxing in the morning with the coffee was the best I had in Belgium. We stayed the weekend of May bank holiday and the celebrations started early at the Le Louise.
Our intention was to stay for one drink in the bar, but several hours later we were still there enjoying cocktails, tapas, the in-house DJ, the atmosphere was party like, but still allows for conversation to happen without shouting. A fantastic night!
The location of the hotel is a shoppers paradise, with a wide selection of shops, to meet every taste and budgets on the door step, with plenty of restaurants to chose from. The main attractions are all within walking distance and Metro and buses are readily available.
Unfortunately, the disappointment was the room, we booked via Expedia a superior room and it was it big let down, first and foremost the room was not very clean borde

On first impressions it is a good modern hotel wth clean facilities. The location is amazing, just off Louisa Avenue which has a plethora of restaurants and boutique shops. Despite this the hotel has some flaws, there is a €50 charge which they debit from your account on arrival in case you spend anything. I didnt appreciate this even though I got my money back. The room cleaning is sub standard as they don't mop the floors which are dirty. In my room there were cracks in the ceiling which didn't give me a good impression of the place. All in all for £144 for 4 nights it was a decent hotel and I would go back. I would however question its 4 star status as it is more of a 3 star hotel. Massive plus though is how big the double rooms are.

Visited Brussels for one night. Wonderful small hotel, on a side street. Impressed by professionalism of staff. Location is good, short walk to city centre (20 minutes). Parking is expensive, but worry free. Very comfortable beds, had a good sleep.

In hotel details, laundry facility is indicated but it does not mean guest laundry.
I guess that means they have in house laundry facility for vallet laundry service.
Receptionist told me that there was laundromat in close neighborhood but it has
no longer in operation unfortunately. Hence please be careful upon reservation
this hotel if you expect guest laundry facility, there's no such a facility.

Location is four blocks from a tram station, which gives easy access to the Metro. Very convenient. The only disadvantage is the ambience. The whole place is decorated with black colors and the music played in the restaurant is a kind of cool jazz muzak.

Good hotel close to Loiuse Plaza, restaurants, transport and city centre. Staff friendly, patient (with challenging customers!) and helpful (arranged for me to share a taxi to the airport with another hotel client). Breakfast okay. Expedia price good value.

This tree-lined thoroughfare is one of Brussels' most prestigious destinations. Home to designer boutiques and fashion houses, Avenue Louise is the perfect place to find a new suite or the latest couture. You'll also find embassies for many South and Latin American countries, as well as offices for multinational corporations. Be wary of the traffic; it can get heavy during rush hour.
