Pros: room were nice and clean. Breakfast had a great selection.

nice place overallPosted Dec 7, 2014 on Hotels.com
It was pretty nice. Although the bathroom needs a little attention. (Tiles were loose in several places). Bed was comfortable, did get a good night sleep.

The hotel was clean, staff was very courteous and helpful, The complementary breakfast was delicious, and located in a great place in downtown Avon with all the comforts of home.

Nice HotelPosted Oct 6, 2014
Cons: The sign to entrance is blocked by some bushes coming from the south.
Location: It was a nice and unexpected location next to a very quaint small town.
Had a very nice stay. The breakfast was awesome. The staff was very helpful and polite.

Good option where there are not many optionsPosted Jul 2, 2014 on Hotels.com
The room was fine for a short weekend stay. It was nice to have a fireplace and full size fridge. The hotel needs more restrictions on the pool and sports court. The pool was overrun well beyond capacity, and I could hear kids playing on the court after 1 am. Also, the room keys had some issues, I had to switch them several times after being locked out of my room and the building on several occasions. There aren't many options in the area, and this place worked nicely.

Great for Toddler!Posted May 27, 2014 on Hotels.com
The suites are perfect for traveling with an infant or toddler. We were able to put our 18 month old to bed at his normal bedtime and still hang out in the living area until an adult bedtime. This location was clean and the staff were friendly too

Expect more for the price.Posted May 20, 2014
Pros: The suites are nice and resemble a small apartment, however, the beds are small. Hotel has good cable channels and wifi.
Cons: Business Center computer needs to have Adobe. Breakfast staff needs to be more attentive to their work.
Location: Good location for travel in the Farmington Valley.
Country Inn & Suites and Hampton Inn offer better breakfast service. Hotel business Center computer does not allow Adobe software and thus, you cannot print boarding passes for Jet Blue. Without boarding passes, you hassle have an increased hassle at the airport. The hotel was ok, but we would have expected more.
Nice HotelPosted May 18, 2014 on Hotels.com
Very minor item; when we asked for more pillows for our room they gave us only one - we had our son with us and they should have had pillows in the room for the sleeper sofa.
