"First time to GC and found this amazing house! Absolutely perfect for 6 adults (can accommodate 10) who were looking for some R&R away from the tourist areas on the island (SMB). This house was magnificent and in a wonderful location in Old Man Bay on the North Side (easy to drive back to SMB for a day trip and not that far). We did rent 2 cars - very reasonable and easy to drive on opposite side of the road! There were plenty of restaurants nearby, local places as well, and right between Chisolms and Fosters for groceries. Jacques Liquor store is next to Fosters & there is one next to the Welcome Center (where there is a very nice gym). Also, house is located only 10-15 minutes to Rum Pointe and Kaibo - both are a MUST! Three rooms in the house upstairs each have a queen bed and full private bathrooms, as well as a fourth room downstairs with 2 twin bed next to a powder room. The pool is not heated but you don't need it to be - so refreshing! And the VIEWS out back - indescribable! The small "beach" area out the back is rocky (bring water shoes) but was perfect for launching the 2 kayaks. The kitchen was very well-equipped for all of our needs, very clean, and we also used the BBQ out back too (you may need to buy some charcoal). The whole process of checking in at the Welcome Center was so easy and they are so friendly & helpful with picking up snorkeling gear for everyone in our group! I would totally recommend staying here and would love to return some day!!"

"Overall the property is lovely. So happy we stayed there and not on Seven Mile Beach. Condo could use a little TLC but the location is awesome and you can snorkel right out front."

"This was a large and spacious home in the nestled deep in the heart of paradise. The house was clean and had adequate amount of seating for our party of eight. The kitchen was fully stocked and we never ran short of the necessities for cooking or serving our group. The air conditioning was awesome and made the home so comfortable. We would stay there again."

Stores and restaurants were plentiful and within walking distance. I loved our feeling of being home. It was a beautiful stay and we will book again. "Babylon Reef was everything we were looking for in a Caribbean house. The location was fantastic and both kids exclaimed it was the best house we have ever stayed in. Usually we visit a different beach every day, but we had so much to do near the house we ended up hanging around the house for 3 of the days. Thank you so much for the hospitality, the house was more than equipped for a comfortable stay and the updated bathrooms were a nice surprise. Thanks again!"

"Our family of 13 ranging in age from almost 2 - 74 thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This was our first visit to Grand Cayman. Unfortunately, the weather was lousy for most of our week…cloudy and rainy…so the pool came in handy. The skies were cloudy, but we enjoyed walking the beach and collecting conch shells, and we ended days in the pool. Tanya at check in was fantastic. She gave us restaurant recommendations which were excellent. Be sure to try Tim’s, the Falls Steakhouse, Ave on 7 mile beach, and Macabucu Tiki Bar. We did the Dolphin Discovery, Cayman Crystal Caves, swam with turtles at the Turtle Center, did the Bioluminescent Bay tour out of Rum Point, and did the Stingray City with Captain Marvin’s. All were amazing. All in all this was a wonderful Christmas/New Year’s vacation with our family. Highly recommend came in sands. The property is beautiful. My daughter, son-in-law, and their baby really enjoyed having the guesthouse which gave them their own private space. 5 stars!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟"
