"Classy old Boston Hotel, nicely kept up"
This is a old hotel but has been nicely maintained and kept up. The staff was the most attentive I have ever encountered in a hotel and were very accommodating. Clean and reasonably priced with a nice central location in the Back Bay area. It is a half-block from the Boston Marathon finish line. Rooms were very clean although a bit small, typical of a hotel that age. Bathroom was tiny but manageable.Beds clean and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel and stay here again.

"Excellent stay."
We go to Boston probably 5 times a year maybe more and we always stay close to the Boston Common. Well why not the Park Plaza it's close it's right on the Green line for getting around it's perfect. The facility has been refurbished and looks beautiful. It's just a great place to stay.
