"Great Back Bay Location"
The hotel is a 5-star experience with a 5-star location. It is connected to a huge high end mall with many shops and restaurants. This would be a big advantage in winter, especially.

"Fun Time in Boston"
Stayed for a weekend to catch a concert and was pleasantly surprised by the friendliness of the staff. The location is close to shopping and food. A bit of a walk to the North End and many of the tourist attractions but if you like to stay in a quiet area and travel to the busy areas it's perfect. They offer complimentary tea in their sitting area and have a nice outdoor seating area in their bar/ restaurant.

"Great weekend getaway"
My husband and I came to Boston to attend parent's weekend at our older daughter's college and to watch our younger daughter row in the Head of the Charles regatta. The Westin was a perfect home base for the weekend -- it felt like a romantic weekend getaway, but we still got to see our kids! Love the late check out policy on Sunday, it allowed us to get to the regatta for the day's events, but not have to rush and leave our bags with the concierge in the morning. I do think it is great when a very efficient hotel that caters to business travelers promotes a more laid back atmosphere on the weekends, which Westin does very well.

"Great Hotel on our Anniversary!"
The hotel was beautiful. We stayed over Columbus Day weekend, and the hotel was actually full. However, it felt like the hotel was to ourselves. It wasn't hectic or too busy. The staff was extremely helpful and kind. The room was clean and modern looking. The bathroom was a bit small but this is expected in a city hotel. The location was perfect as it is in the center of Copley Square. I have no complaints and would definitely recommend it!
