Was here for a business trip. The room was clean and quiet and the temperature control for the room worked well considering it was below 30 degrees outside. All staff were very knowledgeable and courteous. At one point I had problems connecting with the internet, but Guest Services put me through to I.T. and my problem was solved very quickly with no hassles. Overall, a very pleasant trip.

Convenient

Posted Mar 12, 2015
The Sheraton was convenient to most of what we wanted to do in Boston. You could walk to most locations if you wanted. Although it was more expensive than other hotels it was worth the extra money to be close to many activities.

Pros: Size, comfort, ease of access, view & location, noise level
Cons: It's 2015... Wifi should be free to guests.
Visiting in attendance of Harvard's Annual Masquerade Ball; elected to stay in hotel for convenience and found experience incredibly rewarding.

Great location!

Posted Feb 14, 2015
The Sheraton Boston has plenty of parking at the Prudential and can't be beat for conferences at the Hynes (it's connected). I dint have to even go outside once. Plenty of restaurants and shopping.

Great location!

Posted Feb 13, 2015
Location: Boylston and Newbury Streets within walking distance. Good restaurants close by. Good shopping.
It's located close to my daughter's school. Attached to the Prudential mall so indoor walking in case of weather. Friendly staff. Not too big. Good bar/lounge area. Will go back again!

Great location

Posted Feb 9, 2015
Cons: I feel they could have regulated the temperature a little better,we found it cold most of the time.
Location: Copley plaza and the Prudential Center is attached, so you can shop and have dinner without going outside.
We enjoyed our stay , and it was clean and staff was very accommodating. This is a perfect location with many close attractions close by. Valet parking was extremely friendly and helpful along with every staff member. I wish there was a better view from the Jr. Suite we stayed in.

Stayed there to celebrate my husband's sixtieth birthday. Great location for the museum, dinner and play that we had planned. Would go back there!
