Nice place to stayPosted Nov 10, 2014
Pros: Can't think of anything
Location: WALL DRUG
We were pleasingly surprised with the motel. A very small town with a very nice motel. Everything was great.

NOT a hole in Wall, SD.Posted Nov 2, 2014
This is a find. It was so comfortable, I stayed an extra day when the weather turned. I think this place may have had a recent renovation but they did an excellent job. The bedding felt luxurious and the area was safe. It was a short walk to main street and the motel is owned locally. Highly recommended.

Clean large roomsPosted Oct 10, 2014
Pros: Location was good.
Cons: Staff at the front desk could be a bit friendlier.
Location: Wall Drugs was fun and hotel was right at the entrance to the Badlands.
Check in was my only issue with this Hotel. Front Desk staff not friendly at all. Room was nice and large had everything we needed for our stay.

Overnight stop on a long tripPosted Oct 2, 2014
Location: Close to the freeway but I didn't notice any noise.
It's a great hotel for the price. Decent sized room, breakfast in the morning, reasonably clean. The pool was closed when I was there - not sure if it is ever open but I wasn't going to use it anyway. There isn't a whole lot of choice for restaurants but I grabbed a sandwich from across the street and was fine. I'd definitely go back.

20 hours on the roadPosted Sep 24, 2014
Pros: We were in Wall only to visit the Badlands. Very convenient to the west entrance.
We had driven over night to the Badlands from Mississippi. 1380 miles. The room was clean and the water pressure was really good. That's all I cared about. I wasn't the Hilton but who cares. It completely more than adequately meet our needs. Why pay for fancy crap when fancy doesn't add.

Clean unit and friendly staffPosted Sep 21, 2014
Pros: Not much!
The hotel was reasonably clean, breakfast adequate, but the room accommations were horrible....no chest, no hanging space, no iron, no ironing board. This made it impossible to unpack bags with no storage. I definately would not recommend this hotel.

Convenient location, older hotelPosted Sep 9, 2014
Pros: It was convenient to the National park where we were going.
Cons: Some updating and overall maintenance would improve the look of the hotel, considering the price as compared to hotels near other National Parks.
Hotel was right near entrance to Bad Lands National Park, but appears to need some maintenance. The room showed a good bit of wear and use. Despite the overall age/wear, the room appeared to be clean. The price, however, was a bit high considering the condition of the hotel. Probably priced based on location to National Park.

Traveling through South DakotaPosted Sep 2, 2014
Cons: Start the breakfast at 6:00 a.m. - most travelers are on the road early in the morning.
Very noisy room - breakfast was terrible. Will not stay there again.

Thumbs up all around...We had booked a single queen but it was already gone...so they gave us a double queen for a cheaper rate...Then we ended staying an extra night and matched the internet pricing... We had an enjoyable stay : )

A fine lower cost optionPosted Aug 27, 2014 on Hotels.com
Hotel was easy to find, check-in was smooth and clerk was friendly. My room was adequate for this price range - nothing special but clean and had a microwave and fridge. Bed was comfortable.
