“Perfect stopover at the Badlands”

A large room - very basic but with everything we needed. I called to say we would be arriving late at night. They told me my room number and left the light on with the key in the room. Basic hot breakfast in the morning got us off to a good start.

Rustic. Wouldn't want to stay there several days, but not bad for a couple nights in the Badlands area.

Motel6 like hotel...if you are looking for something fancy => not for you Price, location are the advantage: better than camping but not further Staff are courteaous and breakfast is OK there

“Good Location to go through Badlands”

Location good for us. Surprized there was no TV or radio! Just an overnight stay, so no big problem. Hotel staff friendly.

motel was just fine, cheap option, close to the park, rooms were OK, clean and well maintained, although the motel is quite old. Reception smelled bad, and there was no free breakfast as mentioned in description, but overall experience was good. Very nice older people taking care of the place. I will definitely stay there again durnig my next trip to Badlands.

“Great place for an overnight stay!”

This hotel is good enough for an overnight or a 1-2 day stay in the Badlands area considering the lack of options. We wanted to stay in the Badlands overnight to witness the spectacular beauty of the rising sun and this place was one of the few options in the general area. The only problem is the acute lack of places to eat close to this hotel. There is an inn nearby which opens late and closes early. Getting an early breakfast or grabbing a late dinner is difficult in this area.

“Price Went Up, Quality Didn't”

Good location on this hotel. But the price has gone up $20 over the last year but no amenities have been added to this mediocre bathroom with uncomfortable beds. TOO expensive for what you get.

The pricing was reasonable. The accomodations and the neighborhood were ok. There are not many other good options in the area unless you go all the way to Rapid City or stop east near Sioux city or something.
