Stay included buffet dinner and breakfast. Good value for one's money. Wished there were more hangers/place to hang clothes, towels, etc. inside the comfort room?

Very good location, the deluxe room was a pretty good size with the daybed also. The mattress could be improved I found it to be too firm and hard. The breakfast options had a good selection with 3 viands, veggies, fruit, cereals, bread and soup options. The place was under renovation during my stay. I found it to be a bit overpriced due to the lack of any other facilities aside from the room and the sparse Cafe area.

Nice room at a fair rate. The hotel is a bit dated, but still ok. The only real downside was the ongoing construction noise making it difficult to relax during the day.

Lovely hotel and staff. The food was enjoyable and had a good selection with attentive staff. Room was clean with the essentials. Ability to store your luggage after check-out. Great wifi. The hotel is well situated, being close to shopping, transport, and the tourist sites. We would definitely stay there again.

It started @checkin. The young woman had a madk on and I couldnt understand a word. I told twice and she ignored me and kept going. There were extra fees. Only 1 keycard for 2 guests. Room was wrong ordered a queen bed got 2 singles. Poor lighting and few outlets.The elevator is out of service. Noisy and smelly due to renovations. Wont be returning there. Went to the hotel next door (literally) clean bright and inviting.

We have stayed here so many times and will always return because it's our favorite hotel in Baguio to stay because the staff are so friendly and accommodating and make us feel like old family returning each time we return! The cleaning staff do a fantastic job and always fill my requests and needs when we're there! The location is great and easy to get around to the rest of the city from there and many attractions are nearby the hotel. We will always return to the Chalet when in Baguio!

Although the room faced the noisy street, which was problematic, the staff are so kind and helpful from the front desk to housekeeping!

An inexpensive, quiet stay
This is a great hotel for the value. The dinner included was delicious and the breakfast buffet included was okay. It was very quiet unlike the hotels closer to town.

Wedding Anniversary Stay
We stayed here for our Wedding Anniversary celebration. Requested for a room with a good view of the mountains and thankfully this is what we got. The room is spacious and clean. The bathroom could have a better design. Water keeps on flowing outside. They have decent buffet breakfast and dinner buffet. This is during weekends. Ok weekdays they only serve set meals for breakfast. Hotel has a great location, very accessible. Only ample parking available.

My Favorite Hotel in Baguio!
Great place to stay. Hotel Staffs are friendly and very accommodating to my needs. This is my fourth stay within 4 consecutive years. Will definitely reserve a room for next year!

Excellent. It’s perfect for business travelers as there is sufficient parking (good for 10 cars) and is near a bus stop (600 m away). Plenty of taxis also pass by.
