Comfortable accomodations

Posted Jan 26, 2015
Pros: Uber clean feeling in the stateroom- the clean smell is just noticeable once you walk into the room.
Cons: Reception staff should be sensitive to waiting times and should follow- up with the guests who arrived first to assure that they are not "forgotten".
Location: Great and quiet location from the busy city center- making it an enjoyable and relaxing place where you can get the true Baguio experience.
Cleanliness of the room was superb, comfortable beds, breakfast buffet was fantastic, accessibility to a few food outlets nearby offering options- are just some of the things that make up for the wonderful experience in this hotel. The above all made up for our initial displeasing experience at check-in. When we were offered complimentary welcome drinks to enjoy while waiting for our room to be checked, "Wow!" was my first thought- I must have missed this tiny little detail. However, while we were quietly sitting with our beverage, I noted that all guests who arrive after us, were checked in and directly brought to their room. Since we were only 2 persons and those who followed were average groups of 4 (there were at least 3 grps that came in after us), It seemed a bit odd that our room is still not ready in the 20 minutes that we have been kept waiting. When the desk got cleared of other guests, I then approached the lady who checked us in to ask when we can expect our room to be ready because it seems that other rooms were ready except for ours in particular. She immediately apologized and once again said they were finalizing our room. A few minutes after, she gave our key and breakfast vouchers. Could not help but ask her if we paid a lower rate than the others to deserve this treatment which she of course denied. She then offered for bellman assistance with our bags to the room which I declined because this was also not offered to us (unlike the others) on our arrival.

Nice abd solemn place, not polluted.

Pros: solemn
Cons: they have to add more on the breakfast food. more fruits.
Location: Location is okey.
As a first timer to stay around camp john hay, it is also conjusive like all the resto bars are with in the area. No need to go at the city. Fresh air and nice to go on walking or jogging. Thanks and more power.

Great hotel! Perfect Location!

Posted Nov 9, 2014 on Hotels.com
My family and I enjoyed our stay at this hotel because the rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Furthermore, there was a TV in the bathroom and its fixtures were modern. The hotel is very near restaurants and activity areas for the kids like horseback-riding, zipline and paintball. My family and I enjoyed it so much that we already booked the hotel for 2015.

Room is big w/ 2 queen size bed that can accomodate a family of 4. They are generous when it comes to beddings, towels and pillows with no extra cost.

Overall Nice hotel except for few comments

Posted Sep 1, 2014
Cons: Our toilet in our rooms has leak.
We had a great time staying at Le Monet. Employees are very accommodating especially in the restaurant area. although calling the front desk is quite a problem. I tried calling few times but didn't get an answer. so we just went down the reception area.

Nice Stay

Posted Feb 11, 2014
Pros: Location
Cons: Slow draining bathroom sink, more spacious bathroom
Location: John Hay restaurants and picnic grounds
Pricey, room was relatively small, bathroom was cramped. Breakfast buffet included in the price, okay, nothing exceptional. Great balcony view! Nice feature in bathroom is the shower head. Heated toilet seat, TV in bathroom added convenience.

Pros: simple
Cons: kindly improve your marketing tools so as not to disappoint travelers likes us being booked on a promised single bed.
Location: improve your parking with security details to assist patrons
i have reserved for a single bed via the internet. packed our things and off we went to your hotel only to find out that our preferred single bed for two was not reserved. we where so disappointed that we have accepted the twin beds being offered instead to us, its like we can not do anything anymore since we have traveled from manila. now tell me, would you like your stay for two persons with another bed on the side?
