This hotel is close to the main railway station and the Messe (trade fair complex) but it's not somewhere to recommend. I checked in late evening and was given the right key but marked for the wrong room - what the occupant thought of someone trying to get in I don't know. I wasn't given the login information for the WiFi and there was no information on how to get it or even how to contact the front desk.
Breakfast was OK but there was no-one there when I appeared and I was treated a bit like a criminal for having sat down without permission.
The room was tiny and the bathroom more so. You had to squeeze past the loo to get in and out of the shower. Bed was narrow though comfortable.

We chose this hotel because of its proximity to the railway station, and were aware from other reviews of possible noise issues. However, we were given a rear room on 6th floor and had no problems, except with some early departing guests, and no hotel can prevent such people slamming doors.
Good clean room, good breakfast, staff helpful and friendly. Better than what we expected from some web site descriptions.
Easy access to the older City area and we walked around this.
