This was an outstanding experience. I've stayed in many Frankfurt hotels including the Westin (quite nice) and Intercontinental (decent). The Adina beats them all hands down.
My only real complaint is that the internet in the rooms should be free. I'd have to work hard to find any other complaint, but if I had one it would be the bed. The size and covers were quite fine, but the firmness and/or pillows didn't suit my back perfectly. That's a very personal thing, though. Maybe you'll love it.
Laundry in the room was a huge plus. We used the fridge, but not the rest of the kitchen. The bathroom was large and nice. The location is great (quick walk to Willy Brant subway, but still short enough to walk to the main train station), everything was spic and span and the breakfast was fantastic. Even paying the extra few euro for WiFi in the room, its worth it.

The customer service could not be better, loved the front desk staff, they were so helpful. Good location, but taking a wrong turn at the wrong time of the day good be a bit dodgy and it is pretty close to the red-light district. The only draw back is that there were no TV channels that were not German speaking and it would have been nice to get news channels in other languages especially English. Food at the restaurant was very good - although make sure to make a reservation as they tend to book up.

I chose this hotel as it was easy walking distance from the Opera House and wasn't, unlike the ones in immediate vicinity, extortionately expensive. On the whole I would recommend it. However there are some minuses :
1) Frustuck is ludicrously costly at 32€
2) The main bar is a smoking bar. The cocktails are excellent though if you don't mind the smoke
3) The last point is going to sound disproportionately petty. But the plu in the bathroom basin does not close making it impossible to wash or, most particularly, shave without resorting to diy plug hold blocking. When I queried a member of staff I was informed that it wasn't broken - that was how it was. Simply unacceptable in a hotel at this level
Despite this annoyance I would still recommend Roomers, especially for opera goers
