Fairly central hotel, with good size rooms. Next to a busy road so there is some traffic noise.

It was the worst of times and it was the worst...

If you can't say anything nice, don't say anything at all, right? Here: the twin bed was comfortable and the room was clean. There. Nice pics on this site, right? Probably taken during the opening - visual lies. Aan awful smell of mustiness and age greeted as we entered the main door and our floor had its own special brand of it. When we arrived my friend was to take an online test and hotels.com said they offered Free WiFi in the rooms & public areas, so no problem, right? She spent about 30 mins on the test, went to hit the final submit...no WiFi. Lost it all. “Yes, madam, we'll send someone right up.” Was he shaking his head yes or no or both? Skype from the "Business Center" was a joke - after trying to use the dodgy WiFi, tried their equipment - no webcam, speakers or microphone on the antiquated computer. In the bathroom, a silver button on the wall flushed the toilet under it…out poured water down the wall. Decided to go to the bar, asked for a Gin & Tonic - yes, madam. The bartender poured some (supposed ) gin from an unrecognizable bottle into a glass and handed us a can of sprite. The 12th fl, was surrounded by glass through which you could get a mud-obscured view of the city. Workout room: a row of treadmills and, all but one, with an Out of Order sign. (How long they'd been that way?) Exhausted and most of the night there was loud music coming from some room. At 3:35AM our doorbell rang. If you want a nice, frustration -free weekend...book another place.

One of the worst hotels nights I have ever !!!

Posted Jun 8, 2014
- the staff are not helpfull . - they charge for everything even if you need ice and ice box . - they will ask to keep your passport as deposit . - the club and disco keep loud music on all the night until 7:00 AM !!!!!!!!
