“Good Hotel”

Great service, clean, convenient location, fairly quiet (we were on second floor though), entertainment options fair and comfortable. You could use an American Restaurant though and more American types of foods on the room service menu. The Arabic foods tended to upset my stomach and I'd be more inclined to stay someplace, no matter what, where that didn't happen again. Plus your entertainment left a lot to be desired. You need to offer tours and some more family orientated activities to guests instead of so much night life. The night life was good, the entertainers were wonderful but it was geared to single men looking for women (I got that impression) and I'm not.

“Good value, and comfortable stay”

Nice clean hotel room, in the center of city to allow me to explore the area in the short overnight visit. Hotel staff will ask for your passport. There is no Govt regulation requiring this so insist that you want to keep it. Slightly loud with the band below, but with the a/c fan on, could not hear it. Delicious breakfast and free shuttle to airport.

Location is extreamly good, Food is available upto 3.00 am, Live & entertainment area. Rates are really suberb, breakfast offers reasonably wide selection. Staff of the hotel is extreamly helpful. Various clubs within the hotel makes you to relax. Will stay again.

“Value for money”

Good location. Ample breakfast. A bit old fashioned but quite clean and comfortable. No internet in room but two PCs available in cafe. Could hear the disco from our room but not really disturbing. Airport transfers when we wanted them. Overall a pleasant three days.

This is a perfectly fine hotel. The staff is wonderful. They give you free airport transfers. They try really hard. However, people who are used to the overly sanitized world of Western chain hotels might be a little freaked out by this place. If you are one of those types, then I would advise you to stay away. Also, if you have children, I'd probably look elsewhere. However, for those who like to spice up their life with an interesting or peculiar experience, I highly recommend the Delmon. It's just so oddly entertaining. From the bar where Saudi men watch belly dancing to Diggers where single guys will have loads of adoring Thai and Chinese women eager for "companionship." Hey, whatever! I travel to get outside my boring, American comfort zone, and in this regard, the Delmon International Hotel hits a grand slam!

“Good Value”

When I contacted the hotel by e mail to find the best way of getting there from the airport they responded immediately to say that airport transfers were included in the cost of the room and asking for flight details. This standard of service continued throughout my stay. Although the hotel is old rooms were large,clean and comfortable and everything worked. Shower could have had more pressure though.Staff were always helpful. Location convenient for the gold souk and many small shops but you need a taxi for the larger malls. There is a taxi rank outside. Hotel was good value for the rate
