I had good and enjoyable week at hotel , all the staff at reception are very helpful and nice , at the pool side Abdul Rahman is very helpful , the staff in restaurant are very polite and helpful especially Jayneesha would welcome us every morning with a smile
There is a mall 5 mins walk where you get everything
On the whole very enjoyable week

We have stayed at Elite Grand for years. Our family loves the rooftop pool (in spring/summer) although it was too cold for December. The staff is so courthous and helpful especially front desk who helped me with Covid testing info for my departure. The buffet breakfast is good and varied each day. Big spacious 2-bedroom and fast room service. We love staying here on our trips because it’s a walk to city center mall.
Close to shopping mall and well maintained. Great lobby and helpfull staff

The carpets were dirty and the smell overall was horrible indicating no proper ventilation was done. The Jack ozy did not operate and the whole condition of the property needs more attention
The only plus I liked was the breakfast which contains a lot of varieties
Compared to my pervious visit, this one really sucked
Shopping nearby and quiet with easy access good nearby cafes and restaurents

More than enough
The Elite Grand is a decent hotel with a great location. The rooms are spacious and more than adequate. The staff is very receptive and friendly. The place is a little old and dated but I would definitely stay there again. Great place for the price.
Short visit to Elite Grande; not my first time staying here.
Excellent service from all of the staff, including reception, breakfast and special function staff. A special thanks to Dushanka who organised a great dinner/party for us in one of the function rooms.
The hotel facilities are very good and great value for money. The room is well-equipped, with a separate mini-kitchen and living room area. One of my favourite features is the silence afforded by the bedroom door so that there are two doors between your bed and the corridor.
A solid choice in Manama. Will return again.
Large rooms with pretty good furniture in apartment or suite style with kitchen and bar. Stayed in one room suite, toilet at living room only. TV, sound system,
24/7 room service and nice facilities.

Cleanliness and towels
Cleanliness of bedding needs to be improved and shortage of towels in the gym and pool area. They placed the poil towels in the room after first day of housekeeping!!

So disappointed no face and hand towels only one bath towel the room is not equipped for primary needs when you order something its not available so why putting lots of menu and booklets inside the room then not available. I will not check in this hotel again.

Stayed here several times with family - quiet, clean and close to everything I need. The apartment is large. Would like better blinds in the rooms. Kitchen is great. AC works well. The breakfast is best taken early as it gets busy past 9:30.

Check in was slow - rooms are spacious - location was good - swimming pool was under maintenance and they notified me earlier by email which is a good gesture - TV needs enhancement

Not as good as it used to be
Simple things like bath robes, cotton buds and dental kit were all not available and had to be requested. The bathrobes received were overused and not clean.
The hotel has a really big problem in sound isolation as you will hear water noises anytime the nearby guest uses the rest room !

Room smelled bad and showers only got hot on occasion. Staff was outstanding and very helpful. Hotel was very close to downtown and the malls. Overall the hotel was slightly above average. The shower issue was frustrating. That is all I have for this review but it is making me type more so I am continuing this run-on sentence until it lets me stop...but I'm concerned it may never allow me to move on...

Large Room. Separate bedroom with a door, living room and small kitchen. Check-in was wonderful. Very friendly and helpful staff. Hotel is within walking distance of the biggest mall in the area. Room was very clean. Large comfortable bed. Excellent black out drapes in the bedroom. Quiet hotel. We used a meeting room for a party and their party staff were very attentive. Good food for the party. Excellent breakfast with a chef making waffles and omelets to order. Large variety of food for breakfast. Thankful that we had a driver because they are working on the road around the hotel and you had to take a "sand road" to get to the hotel. We will stay in this hotel again.

The best feature of this hotel is its unassuming location, which is centerally located yet very quiet snd easily accessible plus no parking issues.
Next come the value for price. Rates are very reasonal fir what they offer. Front desk very friendly and attentive. Staff very accommodating. The only issue i take is at the breakfast lounge where the manager was a bit pushy.
. Overall it was an excellent choice. Will definately stay again when in Bahrain.
