“Excellent stay”

From the time we arrived until the time we checked out, we had a wonderful experience at this hotel. We really felt like we were at a five star hotel. We would definitely stay there again.

First stay at this hotel. Very conveniently located and as it is close to most of the Malls and adjacent to the City Center which makes it very easy if you are staying for an overnight with the cinemas, shopping, and plenty of activities for the kids all inside the Mall. We requested for a late check-out which was granted for more than what we requested for. The room was comfortable, free wi-fi, very professional staff. There was however a pungent smell on the entire 5th floor which was understandable if the hotel was band spanking new however this property is atleast 2 years old. All in all, a great stay with the family and this is out preferred hotel from now on every time we are in Manama in future.

“Loved It”

We were extremely happy with this hotel. I tend to not like staying in hotels but this one was an exception! From the decor to the materials used in the room, this was an extremely pleasant experience for both my husband and me. We have stayed at the Kempinski Dubai but now prefer the Kempinski Bahrain (perhaps because it is newer…) – both are wonderful hotels though. There are a few things that we can complain about but they are not enough to change our wonderful experience. Hopefully by the time we stay again (which should be the later part of December) the spa will be open and my husband can get his much needed/desired pedicure and massage. One last thing that we noticed and loved was that the bed in our room was quite firm. Again, this is something that we loved but understand that some might like a less firm mattress.

“Excellent”

This is a wonderful place to stay. However, they did not have a spa at the time I stayed. The lounge is very nice. The outdoor pool is beautiful. It is very convenient to have the mall within the same place as the hotel. Very convenient.

I had a terrific stay. The staff were very nice. The food was great. Everything was very clean and well kept. The fact the hotel is attached to the City Center mall is gret for convenience shopping. I actually visited during a time of civil unrest. With the mall right there, and the hotel so nice and insulated from the craziness outside I had a very restful stay. Basically, you have everything under one roof...movie theater, restaurants, medium and high end retailers, and even . I am recommending the hotel to all my friends who travel to/through Bahrain.
