Pros: location
Cons: beds need to be improved as well belows
Location: all city malls are walking distance
it was fun and staff make you feel home and location is perfect

Pros: Spacious and nice rooms, friendly staff, and good value for money.
Cons: none
Location: Close to shopping area, cinema, and children play ground.
I have had an enjoyable stay at this hotel. It is close to the attractions.

Good location. Clean hotel and friendly staff. Breakfast was lovely. Major let down however was the swimming pool. We thought it was going to be a nice big pool on the roof. In reality, it only occupies about 1/3 of the roof area and is very disappointing. The pool bar is not in operation either. Rooms are excellent and very spacious.

Location: Within walking distance to Seef Mall which has a good range of shops.
Overall the facilities at the Mecure Grand are very good and the staff were very helpful and responsive. Would definitely stay there again.

First hotel ever in Bahrain where our ten year old son was not allowed to sit with us in the bar, not even the outside terrace. Advertised roof top bar did not exist. First night extremely annoying due to a Turkish event. Loud entertainment until 01:30. We did get moved to a higher floor and to he rear of the hotel, this made a vast improvement to the remainder of our stay. No real apology for the lack of info at check in about this week long event. We will try a different hotel in future.

Good location

Pros: Not much.
Cons: Staff.
Sleepy staff when I checked in at 11:30 pm. Asked me if the credit card I used to pay for my stay was mine. I told him no, it was stolen! Same member of staff refused to give me a bill for my stay, because I had booked thru Expedia. The hotel is not bad at all, but the whole experience gets totally ruined when you employ staff that is substantially sub standard. This is very clearly evident in this case.
