Management can't seem to get their act together.

Pros: The bed was very comfortable.
Cons: The internet and room service.
Location: It is far from the center; you'll have to take taxis.
I use the internet for work a lot, and the last two times I was booked at the Monroe, the wireless internet was down all day. The front desk kept promising "30 minutes later," but it was never working. Room service also makes plenty of mistakes with your order.

The staff, from reception to breakfast to housekeeping, were all friendly and helpful. The hotel, although rather hidden off the main streets, is conveniently located to Exhibition Road, Bab al-Bahrain, and the main roads leading throughout Bahrain. Taxis are plentiful on Exhibition Road just a few steps away. The included breakfast buffet was much superior than what many hotels offer. Don't expect a good view from your room, however.

Nice holidays

It really nice hotel and they welcoming me by upgrading my room to suite, Food was nice and the prices acceptable. Hotel suitable for Arabic family’s whom looking for privacy Hotel location bad and it need to have GPS to reach. My suggestion is to provide singes on the nearest street with arrows to guide the hotel guest.
