Nice hotel with AMAzing views & reasonable ratePosted Oct 18, 2013
It's all good except the time of check in & check out. Check in was at 3 pm which is too late, while check out was at 12:30 pm which is too early especially with the delay in check in

Conveniently located and restfulPosted Oct 18, 2013
Cons: The hotel needs to hire casual cleaners to be able to coupe with peak season. Needs to buy newer towels.
Great location. I liked the bar and the performance of the latino band "canela". Seafood buffet was also nice. Nice and relaxing service is provided by the Spa staff. Drinks and quick bites are kindly taken to you from the pool bar to the beach. Room cleaning is done too late (around 4 pm).

Nice hotel with its own small beachPosted Oct 6, 2013
Lovely hotel with a Morrocan feel, with beach or pool close by. Service was good but a little slow as only one member of staff doing two jobs.

Great room beautiful view.Posted Sep 24, 2013
ICE!! In a warm climate such as this, ice is needed. The current system of 'room service' to receive a little bucket of ice in half an hour is not acceptable. Most hotels that I frequent have an ice machine full of ice readily available. After a long trip to get here, and wanting a 'Cold' refreshment, it is a huge inconvenience not to have any ice readily available.

4th Stay at Hotel... Always Relaxing & FunPosted Sep 4, 2013 on Hotels.com
Love the pool, you can swim 24-7, with a nice hot-tub and swim up bar as well. Rooms are nice, a bit on the dark side... but with a huge balcony, you can always brighten the room if you desire. Staff is very friendly, also gave us a HUGE upgrade, without asking for one. But this is our 4th trip at this hotel... so suppose it pays to get familiar with certain places.

Problems from check inPosted Aug 18, 2013
Pros: Pool bar was nice
Cons: Mattress pads on bed, stocked mini bars,
I was looking for a relaxing enjoyable experience and this was very disappointing. Arrived after a long day, just wanted to order room service and go to bed. Telephone did not work and there was no room service menu, requested both, staff said someone would come right down waited 2 hours and finally gave up and headed to hotel restaurant. Arrived at 6 pm to find out restaurant didn't open until 7 pm. Went to bar to have some wine after providing hotel front desk with credit card number. Waited anxiously for restaurant to open only to find 4 very highly priced fish dishes available to order, none looked appetizing especially with fish swimminh in aquarium. In the meantime the barkeep sent one of the managers over to address my phone problem, he advised they would send the phone person after I returned to my room. Kind barkeep placed a room service order for me, upon returning to my room I find a room service menu on my bed and my credit card missing which I have left on the end table. Long story short I found the card after ripping the room apart under the bed, telephone repair or menu delivery must have knocked it on the floor. Anyway it was an hour before I got to eat my room service delivery, chix was tough and uneatable and who puts fried egg on a club sandwich? Bed had no mattress pad - totally unhygienic and nasty and the linens did not include wash clothes? I could go on about the broken mini bar frig, but I think you get the idea. Would not stay again.

Pros: The architecture felt like a Morrocan or Spanish style
Cons: When our toilet was not working, they didn't offer us to use another room or anything. We had to wait in the room while they fixed it.
The Hotel overall was nice & very clean with a relaxing atmosphere.Staff friendly. Our toilet wasn't working when we got our room, however after a call to the reception desk, they promptly had it repaired. Disappointed that there was a bar at the hotel and that alcohol was served freely at the hotel considering it's in a "muslim country" This kept us away from eating at the hotel restaurants. We preferred to eat outside of the resort where there was no alcohol served. The beach area is very small. A lot of the views of the beach from the rooms are obstructed by the bushes. The pool is very nice with the waterfall, bridge & jacuzzi. Free shuttle to the mall is great as taxi is expensive. I would recommend this hotel to others and look forward to coming back.

Really nice resort for a familyPosted Apr 6, 2013
Pros: Pool and jacuzzi
Cons: Price of breakfast
Location: Very close to the airport but a little far from everything else
15mins from the airport, great swimming pool, kids play area, private beach and restaurant with buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is also a free shuttle service to the City Centre Mall which has fabulous places to eat, all the shops you can think of, a kids play area and even a Waterpark! The only downsides were that the service in the hotel was a little inconsistent and slow and the restaurant is expensive (£20 pp for breakfast!) given there's no cooking facilities in the rooms and nowhere to eat within walking distance. In spite of that I would still highly recommend this place.
