Great location, modern decor, clean and pleasant. Room was as described. Very handy storage facilities. Spotless and clean. Rooms are immaculately furnished and very well finished. All staff were very polite, helpful and accommodating. We received a welcome email a few days before our stay to see if they could provide anything for us which was a nice touch. We also got a free welcome drink! :-). Area felt safe. Got access to transport in the area.

Good : Right in the middle of Lisbon. Hotel and rooms are decent.
Bad: reserved a room with queen bed, was given room with 2 small beds. Staff's solution was to push the beds together.
Breakfast is advertised as not free, so the fact that it's 8.50 euros isn't the issue, but since it wasn't free I will complain about the breakfast...it sucks. Cold runny scrambled eggs, Vienna sausages, dry breads, and soggy undercooked bacon. Go out somewhere for bfast, lots of nearby places that I'm sure have better food.

An elegant district in central Lisbon, Baixa welcomes visitors to stroll through broad squares to view the Pombalina 18th century architecture built to withstand earthquakes after one shattered the city in 1755. This downtown district is home to Lisbon’s city hall and Edward VII Park. Historical monuments and streets lined with shops and cafés encourage visitors to spend the day exploring Baixa.
