it was good, but the air conditioner was so loud that I have to turn it off, luckily it was not to hot

Clean place to rest
The staff were very friendly and the room seemed to clean. There were a few minor burn marks on the comforter and the shower backed up a little bit when draining but otherwise the room was very comfortable. Great place to stay if you just passing through town I need a place to rest.

Paper Thin Walls
It’s fine.
The staff is really friendly and approachable!
The rooms… eh they’ve seen better days. The walls are paper thin - earplugs are a must if you aren’t a heavy sleeper. Lots of late night and early morning noise along with trains. We were on the first floor and had some bugs visit our second night. Nothing awful, it’s the first floor in CA, but it’s just ok.

We were not allowed into the lobby but had access to a phone outside which connected us to “headquarters”. They told us that we had to wait 30 minutes because the office person was on her “security round”… We waited to find that person high out of her mind and slurring her words. When we finally got to the room we found greasy door handles and cockroaches so we cancelled and went elsewhere. Horrible place, nothing like their ad - stay away!

Our location in Bakersfield is an interior corridor hotel and our front door is always open for all guests to enter and exit. We also do not have any phones outside or in our lobby. Thank you

Thank you for your feedback. Just to let you know we are a no smoking hotel and so other guests staying in the hotel frequently go outside and smoke. We do not allow prostitutes' or any kind solicitation on our property. We try and keep it very safe for everyone. Thank you.

The price was #1 Staff was very accommodating and kind. The Parking was a little crowded but always had a spot. Location is great right off the freeway but still quiet. plenty of options around for food . The trash cans inside are small and the trash bags even smaller. They are working on parts of the building

Great strategic location on edge of town and close to freeway. Kinda sketchy neighborhood, limited food options. Friendly staff, not a great bed, but newer furnishings and everything clean. Better than expected for the price!

I didnt get their names but the lady at the front counter when we checked in was very nice. In the evening my kids wanted to use the pool the lady opened the pool for us and we had it to ourselves, She was very friendly and helpful. She brought us clean pool towels. If we are ever in the area again we would definitely stay again.

Room was clean & well appointed. The desk person was very accommodating in trying to get us a room on 1st floor & and outside door. She helped make it a very good stay for seniors on a budget. Staff very friendly & helpful.

This is quite amusing that you would give us a 1 out of 5 rating considering that you not only stayed in our hotel for over a week but on the day we asked you to leave, you practically begged for us to let you stay. we told you that you have been put on our Do Not Rent list because of the condition of the room you were keeping and also your very hostile behavior.

this stay was Disappointed because we Order Non Smoking Room and the Bed Covers had 4 Cigarets burns I call the front desk and the gentlement said that's Okay, and didn't Offer to Replace the bedding. we requested extra towels and they told No your room already has Two towels for two persons, so we keep using the Pools Towels in the Room.

Thank you for your feedback. You did call and inform us that you did not want to be blamed for the cigarette burns on the bed cover. We did apologize for this and did offer for housekeeper to come to your room. You said that it was alright just that you didn't want to be blamed for it. You did stay for two days, at any time this would have been taken care of if you had just said something while you were staying in the hotel. I apologize for your dissatisfaction. Our hotel rooms are completely non-smoking but unfortunately some people feel they can do whatever they please. We also make sure that our rooms and bedding are cleaned and washed thoroughly.

Welcoming check in. Older building and rooms. Comfortable bed. Computer desk and dining table well arranged Kudos to Chester in Maintenence. Light fixture did not work. (No it was not the bulb.) He was there in a few short minutes and took care of the problem. Need grab bar in the shower. No breakfast. You get what you pay for.
