Fast check in, Rooms clean, Beds were real comfy...My family & I slept like babies for the one night we stayed there.

“Excellent hotel in Bakersfield”

I recently stayed here for 6 nights while visiting family in Bakersfield. Excellent first impression with a really friendly staff member while checking in. I can understand how reviews have been mentioning that this hotel can seem like a maze...there is quite alot of walking and long corridors, but the size and comfort of the room made up for it. The rooms are really big, with a good sized bathroom. Other great features in the room were the bed, it was one of the most comfortable beds I had ever slept in, the room also has a large t.v with a good selection of channels, there was also a really convenient wolfgang puck coffee machine in the room, along with a small fridge which is handy when you are staying for more than a night or two. Our room was beside the freeway which I thought would be loud, but it wasn't and didn't interfere with sleeping at all. Overall this was a great hotel, and I wouldn't hesitate rebooking it or reccommending it to anyone. I would also suggest that if you are in Bakersfield on a Sunday, to visit Buck Owen's Crystal Palace for brunch, it is really close to the hotel and is probably one of the best brunches you will ever eat!

Easy to find, very clean, comfortable, and it even has a Starbucks in the lobby! I will definatly be back.

We arrived at the hotel early and asked for early check in. they were most accomadating.Everything was as I asked. The beds were comfortable,the rooms were clean and well planned.We would choose to stay there again.

The hotel was fabulous!! Softest bed in the world. Great service. I have NEVER stayed at a better hotel. Close to freeways and restaurants and very affordable.

“Not bad for Bakersfield”

While the hotel felt a bit outdated (and we had a few cobwebs and broken items in our room) - it wasn't bad for Bakersfield. Let me tell you, you can stay in some pretty scary places in that town. Overall, the people were friendly, the beds were comfortable, the free cookies were yummy and the check-in and check-out were seamless. We'd stay again.
