This hotel looks newly renovated on the inside even though its exterior looks old. The rooms were nice and had modern amenities. The lobby is spacious too.

This is standard for all hotels and is released upon checkout. Some banks take 3-5 days to release the hold.

Everything was great except in my room, I think the hotel should take more pride in how things look in the room. My shower curtain looked terrible, the top is torn up, one of the hooks is broken. Also the hem has come out of one of the curtains in my room and it's dirty because it's dragging on the floor, it's really tacky looking. My room number was #424

The staff were great! Knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. It was clean and comfy. I only wish we could have had a screen door on the slider to enjoy some fresh air. The food at the cafe was really good!

I have never been to this property before the room smell like sewer the heater did not work and for the money that I paid, you would think you would get breakfast cereal, coffee, anything. Uncomfortable and very unhappy. Will not be staying there in the future..

A call to the desk and the maintenance department would have come to fix the heater issue. The Hampton and Homewood brands do offer a complimentary breakfast.

The food was average at best, though served by nice folks. The lighting in the bathroom was my biggest complaint, so dim that shaving was difficult. The safe also didn’t work. Plenty of comfy pillows though.
