Nice hotel

Pros: clean, large room & comfortable bed
Cons: customer service
Location: seemed like a business area
It was a quick, one night, stop off the highway stay. The only issue that I had was that my pillows were never delivered. I have bad allergies & called the desk for non-feather pillows, but they never came.

Should not be a Sheraton ! Does not live up to the min standards . Doors locks to enter building rarely work , lip stick on a pig is the best way to describe this hotel.

Pros: Location and staff very helpful and professional.
Cons: Save water and fix chair.
Location: There seeing a very sick friend.
E Mail difficult. Kept kicking me off line. A security thing. Annoying, but Face book was good for communicating. A torn leather seat in my room 615, which I thought a bit tacky leaving it there. Most Hotels waste water: 1. No shower control to control water flow. Either off or full. We are in a drought, so not good to see this. 2. Also, toilet tanks hold close to two gallons to flush. Ancient history and another waste. I am from Northern California and we send water to Southern Cal. Time to turn off the spigot to you Southerners.

Stay here for day after wedding night. Great service and staff. Nice clean room, very comfy bed.

Pros: Don't know if it's every night, but they had a keg in the lobby and a woman that was very stealthy in topping off drinks.
Cons: I injured my knee recently and it would have been nice to have a room on a ground floor or have an elevator accessible floor.
Check in and check out were fast and painless. Pool area is nice with at least one fire pit and two (maybe more?) barbecues. Lots of big fountains that get dialed down at night. Hotel is easy to find and parking was easy.

Pros: comfortable bed, good shower pressure
Cons: Increase front desk help. Larger TVs. Have gardener start after 9am or have them work by non sleeping areas first. New towels.
Location: Good location
Check in was a bit slow with 3 people ahead of me and 1 desk clerk at 4PM. Clerk asked my name 4 times as though she wasn't really listening to my answers. Maybe she was just overwhelmed? Hotel itself was drab looking from outside-leaves, dirt on sidewalks and parking lot. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Shower had good pressure. Towels were thin. Husband commented TV was small. Early AM noise with tree trimmers/leaf blowers outside and housekeeping noise in hall. Price was good- we attended a funeral and I compared prices with others who got rooms in Bakersfield and our pricing was in line with theirs. Expected a bit more from a Sheraton, but with just few changes they could be better.

A Perfect Stay

From checkin to checkout this hotel has always been a place I feel safe staying at when I travel by myself. It has been 20 years of being warmly greeted, having adjustments and/or requestes handled graciously, and finding the property and rooms always clean and well-kept. The food at the resturant is very nice. And ALL the staff do a great job. The pool is a nice place to spend time, although I miss the shady, covered area. My son and I were commenting on how this hotel has always been kept up over the years. Always here to visit family.

Nice hotel but out dated

Heater didn't work had to move rooms the first night at 1pm. The grounds are nice but need updating. The bistro said leave a message and they would call back within 10 minutes . Never received a call back. The lounge really need updating to make guests want to stay there. All in all a good place
