I have to say that this site/Hotel was amazing. They have a restaurant located on the 1st floor, they have a great staff, very clean rooms, and I have to say the bathroom was top notch. Very well kept.

The hotel's location was excellent and the room itself was comfortable to stay in. However, it is worth mentioning that the room appeared to be a bit run down, especially the fiberglass in the shower which seemed to have undergone some recent repairs resulting in a terrible patch job. Additionally, there were some visible patches on the walls. The sofa bed's condition was not up to the mark and appeared to be unclean. Despite these issues, the hotel was generally clean and well-maintained.

Booked a weekend get away for my family, parents, and my brother and his family. We booked this hotel specifically for the indoor pool. First night we arrived it was closed, the next morning it was also closed. We spoke to Malinda the kind front desk clerk, whom had no idea why the pool was closed. She said the pool would be closed all weekend. Everyone was really disappointed. The kids mostly! Malinda right away started making phone calls and trying to find out why the pool was closed and why no one notified her and the staff. She was very helpful. The entire family left for the day to try and make the kids happy and enjoy the day. We came back at about 2pm and Malinda told us the pool was open again. She had made some calls and talked to the person in charge of cleaning the pool. Somehow she managed to have them reopen it. The kids spend whatever time they could there and were very happy. A big thank you to Malinda for going above and beyond to help us. She was very thoughtful and kind!

Service was very good. Staff was excellent. Only issue I had was the fact that I'm not a fan of cold showers. Water heater needs to be turned up a little.

Old hotel needs a freshen up. Indoor pool but not heated so kids couldn’t use it! Beds comfortable but chairs and carpet in room stained and needs cleaning

Checked in on october 5th, the front desk receptionist was not pleasant. Very straightforward and does not give out a welcoming feeling. The website advertised daily housekeeping services but during our 5 day no housekeeping was done. Rooms had limited towels and bedding was dirty.

Could see the property from the freeway prior to arriving coming from rosedale highway the west. Entrance road Gibson needs dmooyhing over road is cut up. Adjoining property overgrown.

Angela , at the front has excellent customer service and always accommodate my need for a room close to the elevator . fast check in with her as busy as she is . The rooms should have more towels and fresher towels some of the towels so old . But over all a good hotel for a business travel

The additional bed was so dirty we had to sleep 5vpersons in 2 queens beds.. Sheets were not plesent to sleep on. But the service man in reception was nice and the beds eventually were good enough to sleep on
