Pros: 接待處職員態度好、樂於指導及協助客人的問題。
Cons: 早餐熱食物部人手不足。
Location: Balbriggan 有齊備的觀光指南,附近景點也很多。
Balbriggan 是其鎮名,出入Dublin巿可乘坐101號巴士向南走,來回票€9.70,車程約50分鐘。以目前住宿條件,是一個好選擇。

Nice hotel

Posted Oct 7, 2014 on Hotels.com
The room we got was huge and very nicely appointed. Nice tub too. I ended up staying longer than I initially reserved for because I got a horrid respiratory infection my last day. Everyone was so nice in my hour of need. After extending my stay (they honored my hotels.com rate for added nights), the manager on duty brought a tray of tea, honey, and lemon to the room. Really sucked being alone and sick, the staff made things a bit better. The only thing I wish had been better is the wifi was really weak or nonexistent. The room's lovely sitting area was furthest from the core of the hotel, so got no wifi service at all. The bed was the next closest, and got little to weak wifi. The toilet was the closest and got the best wifi! My device is not on an Irish data plan, so I was 100% dependent on hotel wifi.

I had asked for a double room and ended up with a twin, so had to push the beds together. There was a large crack in the sink and the plumbing needed looking at. Everytime I flushed the toilet there was a loud banging sound.

Dated decor, carpets need good clean, bar in need of modernisation. Tv in rooms very poor choice of channels and resolution very bad. Not 4 star in my book.

Website Misleading - A Four Star Hotel???

Posted Aug 27, 2014
Pros: Free complimentary hotel parking. On site-bar and restaurant. Friendly staff.
Cons: Enforce a strict quiet time in the evening and do not book loud parties during the weekdays. Provide washcloths! Revise website.
Location: 4 blocks from the Irish Sea. Not much to do nearby. Town lacked excitement. Short drive to Dublin but would recommend staying in a different town.
After spending three nights at this hotel, I would not recommend it to anyone. We lacked sleep each night as children were allowed to run through the hallways at 2:00 a.m. each morning. Additionally, a party was booked on a Tuesday night in one of the banquet rooms in which loud music played until 2:00 a.m. which we could hear in our room. No washcloths were available even when asked at the front desk. The rooms were clean but very interesting ways to get up to your room through several staircases. One plus was the complimentary parking while staying at this hotel. We had issues with booking this through Expedia as when we arrived they said we had not paid for our stay (which we had through Expedia). We did, however, receive a lower rate at the hotel than on Expedia. As far as the town of Balbriggan goes, there is not much to do within the town. There were several businesses that had closed down. Two pubs in town lacked excitement. Good thing there was a SPAR nearby so that we could buy something for a quick breakfast. Reduced breakfast buffet tickets available at the front desk, but still 8 Euros. Few restaurants within walking distance (primarily American food). The website was very misleading as it looks as if you are overlooking the Irish Sea, however, you have to walk about 4 blocks to see it. We had booked this hotel to be located close to Dublin, but I would recommend staying in Skerries. Very disappointing stay for our first trip to Ireland.
