Exceptionally clean and so quiet!! Comfortable bed plus peaceful surroundings made for a great sleep! Hotel was in good condition. Had a very strange odor come Sunday morning. Almost like urine throughout the halls. Most likely a cleaning product. The staff were friendly. Seemed to be multiple families living and working on site. A bit awkward as everytime you walked through the lobby, it appeared as though we were walking through their living space. Same with the breakfast area. Make sure to ask for extra everything. For a booking with 4 adults, we got one coffee pouch, 2 cups not wrapped in any platic and three towels. Tv remote didnt work, neither did outlets in bathroom. Breakfast seemed to be food that was several days old. However, for the price we paid, got our moneys worth.

I unfortunately didn't check google before reserving this room. The comments about odors are accurate. I searched for and booked a room for 2 adults and 3 children. After we checked in I found only 2 beds with no couch or pull out. I asked the manager who told me he'd never heard of that and said the kids can all 3 share a bed. I pointed out that I reserved a room with 5 sleeping spaces and he offered a rollaway for an upcharge. I thwn contacted Expedia and he told them they only have 4 person rooms. The manager replied to my negative google review but never offered to fix the problem. The room was clean-ish but the bathroom grout was disgusting.

When entering the dining area for breakfast the worker in charge of breakfast area was standing inf the middle of the dining area glued to his phone. All of the breakfast options were rewarmed options from the day before. We thought we would have a bagela and when we searched for the cream cheese and butter, we found all of the individual packages of them were torn open inside of the containers they were being stored in. When we let the breakfast attendant know about it he couldn't even look up from his phone to acknowledge us. When we decided on a cup of coffee thinking it would be an ok option, that turned out to have a burnt taste to it. Our bathroom sink and shower had mold in them. We also placed a do not disturb sign on our door for the day and when we came back we found that house keeping had entered our room anyways.

Entirely upgraded recently. Very nice to be in a fairly priced hotel that is new, clean and quiet. Room and common areas beautiful & spacious. Great hottub & pool. Eggs for breakfast...not just packaged sugary carbs.

5/10 Max. Pool & hottub shouldn’t even be open.
No idea how this place is rated 8/10. My 8-yr old walked through the hallway and said “it SAYS no smoking, but it smells so bad like smoke in here.” We were staying before a softball tournament and wanted a pool and clean bed. The pool wasn’t even fully filled up - and was SO COLD. The hot tub was disgusting, the entire middle was bright yellow….something.

Absolute first class customer service. Resolved a mix up (my fault with Expedia booking app) without any fuss - really appreciated. The hotel reception and all parts of hotel including bedrooms super clean. Excellent value and will definitely stay again. Highly recommended
