Pros: 24/7 drinks available.
Cons: Cleanliness
Location: Close to express road
Hotel room is sparse, dark, and dirty. Towels are yellow, crungy room. But: Hotel Staff was friendly & they do have 24/7 coffee, tea & juices available. For cost feel I could do better.

This was a nice, clean, reasonable motel.

Pros: location !!!!
Cons: I feel strongly that ceilings and party walls could receive an application of sound deadening material.
Location: excellent
I really enjoyed my stay with the one exception of having no sound insulation .I could hear every word of others both next door and from above.

Breakfast offering

Not the range of foods offered at other hotel chains, but given the limited space they did well.

Long Time to Check Out

Posted May 13, 2014
Pros: Bedding was comfortable.
Cons: Checkout procedure.
Location: Kind of far out from Syracuse.
Checking out on Sunday took a long time. Not enough staff were working to handle the volume of people checking out. Had a first floor room and could very plainly hear the thumping and moving about of the people upstairs. Room was not very sound-proof.

Staff

Posted May 5, 2014
Pros: Staff
Cons: Breakfast - non brand name cereals need to be replaced with brand name - fake Cheerios are not the same as real Cheerios!
Location: Not enough space here to write answer - you need to add characters to this field. Not looking for 'things to do' because I was shopping for a house t
The staff at this hotel went overboard to make my stay comfortable. They were so friendly and helpful!

Clean, small, over priced

Posted Apr 15, 2014
Pros: Clean.
Location: About a 5-10 min. drive to Erie canal and restaurants.
The front desk was inviting and friendly. She answered all questions we had. The room was ready, clean and bed comfortable. However, the room was very small and TV even smaller. The TV was also on top of a wardrobe near the ceiling which made it even harder to watch a such a small screen. My guess on screen size was 21", also an old TV. Breakfast was basic continental with packaged muffins, cold cereal and coffee. The juice was undrinkable. Wifi was a weak signal. Hotel was not near any restaurants. Front desk suggested that it was only a mile to walk to a couple of restaurants which was an easy drive but much farther than we wanted to walk at the end of the day. Taken altogether the hotel was clean, small and over priced.

Nice hotel built near "ruins" of a shopping center

Posted Mar 31, 2014
Pros: Appearance of the building very pleasant and facility well cared for.
Cons: Be sure the adjacent "ruins" are completely removed ASAP. It is a total eye-sore that causes one to become sick-to-the-stomach.
Location: Riverside scene near-by.
As we approached motel, it looked quite nice, but the surrounding scene was quite unattractive. due to incompletely torn down closed shopping center. Staff inside the motel was very pleasant and facilities were quite satisfactory.

Pros: Near Dunkin Donuts
Cons: Comfort of the bed, cleaner sheets/pillow cases, more accurate pics of the rooms, temperature adjustment, more professional staff, smell of the room.
Location: Easy to get on I90 and 81. DD and McDonald's and gas station close by.
The hotel room was nothing like the pictures. The room smelled bad (like a cat was in the room previously & smoke in the non-smokers section) and the bed was unkempt when we first walked in. The room was much smaller then the picture appeared with poor lighting. The bed was hard and the room tempt was impossible to keep up with. The room was freezing but after we turned on the heat was like a sauna. We had to get up 4 times during the night to adjust the tempt. Was disappointed compared to the website advertisement.
