Flights were cancelled in March due to covid, have been trying to get a refund on hotel since then. Hotel have not answered any correspondence via telephone or email. They are thieves. Do not recommend.

Nothing boutique about it, appealing service, man on the desk was beyond rude and dismissive. Wasn’t even shown to room just told it was 103 as if we knew where to go. Useless. Everything was dirty from the reception to the pool! The front desk looked like it hadn’t been cleaned or looked after for decades and the room smelt horrifically damp and dirty. Don’t bother staying here we left after 10 minutes.

This is a solid 1 star hotel , the towels in the room have holes and well as the sheets, the ac works well , the staff are matter of fact attitude, we asked for extra pillows and they said there was a charge for that , what 3 star hotel charges for a extra pillow , breakfast was terrible you ordered from sheets , the French toast was so chewy that I could not even eat it , the juice was a powdered drink , The second day I had the poched eggs They were rubber , the pool area had no real sitting . Find somewhere else unless you are backpacking and need a cheap hotel , but no 3 star .

pictures don't show noise
The hotel and staff were good, clean, good services but the walls are paper thin and at least while I was there the school next door spent 4-5 hours a day practicing balinese traditional drubing and cymols with all the gusto required to chase satin himself from earth. There were dogs barking and at 2am the neighboring apartment were still partying. I was booked in for 3 nights left after 1. If you stay there and rent a bike, make sure you're very confident 1. on a bike, 2 navigating. don't forget to set google maps to scooter mode.

Nice and clean boutique hotel, a good walk out of Seminyak or take a taxi. No fridge which can make things difficult. Staff very friendly and very obliging.

Generally good
It was generally good. The price was very good. It was a little bit out of the way of everything else. There are no pavements on the nearby roads which makes walking into Seminyak a bit treacherous. Taxis are the alternative, and they're fairly cheap. The staff were helpful.

Comfortable & nice area.
The rooms are simple and nice. The bed is comfortable. I loved the local area especially. It's super close to all the spots. And there's a supermarket and a gym close by. Also restaurants are around. I'd def stay there again.

Wonderful pool...
I really liked the pool... The staff is doing an amazing job. It's clean and has a nice design. The area is ideal as well. It's calm, but still close to all the spots. I'd definitely recommend this hotel.

All you need in a calm area...
I came here for a night, but extended for another 4 nights than. The hotel is located in a calm area next to a school. A gym and super markets are right around the corner. The breakfast is amazing. Absolutely recommended!

We were well treated by This hotel, it is listed as budget accommodation and I think that you get good value for money overall. The staff were very friendly and always helpful

A good stay close to Seminyak!
It was an overall good stay. The room was clean and the staff friendly, sometimes loud due to the positioning of the rooms over the pool but just dependent on who’s staying at the hotel as some guests are disruptive at night - not the hotels fault. But would stay again as a good low budget option near Seminyak with good breakfast, room and nice staff.

Clean but small rooms and uncomfortable beds
The hotel was clean enough and we did get it for a great price. However there was only one mirror and sink to share (between 2 girls). The room was very small and the bed was small, hard and with a very flat pillow. The school next door is very noisy and one morning they had an assembly outside and a man with a microphone which was quite annoying. If you're not planning to stay at your hotel much I would recommend it for the price.

Great Stay and Great staff
Great place, not too far from the beach and the main food/shopping areas. The staff was extremely polite and helpful. The guy in the kitchen makes the best breakfast.

Very good value
I stayed here for 15 nights. I found all of the staff to be very friendly, chatty and helpful. I had a ground floor room which was perfect for me. My room was cleaned every single day of my stay. The breakfast was very good, i choose to have the indonesian option. I will definatley stay here again.

Nice stay
The staff was friendly upon arrival and provided a delivery restaurant with good food. The room was okay with a nice view of the pool and sunset. They only issue I had was the dingy towels, I would definitely recommend that the hotel get newer towels for the rooms. Other than that enjoy the view and the beautiful music from the school band that plays next door to the hotel.

The view from balcony facing Swimming pool and plants was just serene. And all the staffs are so kind and friendly. They did an amazing job from welcoming us till we check out. Love Bidadari Hotel and their staffs.

You get what you pay for
The area where the hotel is located is a bit sketchy and I wouldn’t walk around outside at night time. When booking budget accommodation you have to remember that it’s cheap for a reason. I have my doubts about the cleanliness of the blankets provided, I don’t imagine they ever get washed. I found several strands of brown hair all over them and in my bed which I knew weren’t mine as I am blonde. Overall the staff were nice enough, but wouldn’t return.

Nice clean hotel in a quiet area
The hotel was nice and clean, the staff were helpful and friendly, especially when we lost our phone and needed help to get it back. The bed was comfy and the air con worked well. The only negative were some odd noises in the night which I gather are from the plumbing. Overall a great stay, wouldn't hesitate to stay here again :)

Hotel Experince
Although not located in the main tourist area of Seminyak, the hotel was conveniently located in to within 20 min of the main beach and semiyak square. The hotel was clean and fairly basic but had all the essential facilities such as air conditioning, a pool,comfortable bed, tv and a nice balcony overlooking the pool. They also offer a competive scooter rental service and I found the staff very friendly and helpful in general with regards to information on directions and general tourist information. Overall a very positive experience.

Short stay for a wedding
We were after something a little more "budget" as we knew we would only be straying at the hotel to sleep. Room was great, clean, spacious with balcony overlooking the pool. Staff were lovely and there is room service available (although the food arrived to my room a little cold so didn't order again after that). Easy to find location, just watch for the dogs down the street if you are inclined to walk (not any fault of hotel of course) ;) overall great stay and we would happily return again and recommend.

The hotel is not walking distance to Seminyak beach or the main shopping area, we had to take a taxi every time. Most staff are really good and helpful. The pool and food were nice. Photos are true to real life.
