“lovely hotel”

without knowing beforehand what kind of a hotel this was, it exceeded my expectations......beautiful in every aspect. i highly recommend it

“Quite and relaxing holiday”

A nice small hotel located away from the hustle and bustle of Kuta but still a very short walk to many restaurants. Great location. Quite. Pool with swim up bar.

The hotel , grounds and staff where amazing. I could not fault one thing. I went with 4 girls who had the most amazing time. the staff where attentive, caring and above all amazing.

“Reasonable hotel.... could be better”

The hotel is in a reasonably good location in the middle of Kuta/Legian, near Legian street (3 mins walk), however its a bit further to the beach (15 mins). There is a shuttle bus to the beach but not very frequent (every hour or so). The hotel itself is ok, but the rooms could do with being refurbished, especially the bathrooms which are not very good quality. There are no tea/coffee facilities in the room which I think should be expected these days in 3 star hotels, also no iron or ironing board. Breakfast was ok, but a bit basic and not a great selection of food. The swimming pool is quite small, and not enough sunbeds, so if you want a sunbed you'd have to get in pretty early in the morning, towels are provided which is good. I probably wouldn't stay here again, i'd rather try a different hotel instead.

“Could have been alot better”

Turned up at the hotel on a Sunday after booking Saturday late, to find the reception cannot see the reservation departments system for booking after they leave for the weekend Saturday 5pm local time. So after making me running around to printing the booking form off even though I showed them on my email and the special request of an extra bed, we finally get a room which was alot different than the photos, extra bed had no real place to fit so I was just left in the middle of the floor sideways so we all had to step over to get in the bathroom, after paying $25 extra for this bed excluding local tax. Room was clean bathroom very tired wifi only at reception area food and cost of drinks higher than around the corner you can find better for the money elsewhere.
