Average hotel...far from everything...average food at the hotel...nice big room, modern & clean...staff nice & polite.

Stayed one night canceled the next 3

The hotel is small with a u shape configuration with the pool in the center which is also small and can be seen by the street. The rooms themselves look amazing in the pictures but in reality the place is poorly built and the rooms are dirty. The sliding door onto our balcony would not seal shut so we could hear everything that was going on out in the street all night including the guy that sweeps the street with a broom in the morning. The toilet seat was stained and looked unclean. The bath had a large stain near one end and did not look at all inviting to use. The basins has water mark stains all around. The shower had two separate heads and one of then did not work. When they fixed it they both did not work properly. I asked them to fix the issues I had twice and they were not fixed after being out all day for 9 hours. When I returned I told them I was not happy with the hotel and wanted to check out. They then rushed around trying to fix all the problems so I would stay. I told them I was not happy that I had to tell them I wanted to leave for them to do something about it. They offer to upgrade my room and give me a free dinner for too in their restaurant. I declined as we had already been put off the hotel and the food was not good at the restaurant. The hotel is not near anything with a 80,000 rupiah taksi ride to get to most places and 100,000 to get back to seminyak where all the restaurants are. In total the staff were friendly and that was about it. 1/5 stars.

Poor service more than three times power trip.

My stay in Amaroossa hotel not very happy because the services was not good. more than three time the power trio in the mid night and bath room door not properly fitted hence water drip and floor alwasy wet. TV channels are very blurr the reception of the channel was not good. cafeteria was full of flys.

Good hotel good car service to destinations..

Pros: How we had easy access to a hotel car for transport
Cons: Maybe the restaurant it was good but not much choices we still enjoyed the service
Location: It was in a good location not to far from tourist areas
We enjoyed our stay it was very relaxing and the staff were extremely friendly.
