“Fantastic in every way”

Our stay here was excellent. The staff here are so helpfull and genuine. We moved here from pecatu to be closer to the main kuta area and were not disapointed. It is about a 5 minute bike ride to kuta and also close to the airport however there is litttle to no noise of aircraft. The staff went out of their way to help and provided a very friendly service to us while we were there. The breakfast is much better than other places we stayed and the free wifi in the rooms was a good touch as allot of places here do not offer this. The hotel was clean and looked like it had undergone a modernising revamp in recent times. It is an older hotel but still modern and very comfortable. I would reccommend this hotel to families as there is a pool with some activities for kids but it is also good for couples or business people staying in the area. We never had a problem with noise or anything else. If we ever returned to bali there is no doubt that we would stay here again. Price was fantastic and we were very suprised with how nice the place is. There is a store called Krishna up the road which i reccommend for tourists looking for souveniers at about a third of the price you would pay anywhere else ( paintings, carvings etc )

“A relaxing place to stay”

We stayed here in February for a week and thoroughly enjoyed it. Room and pool were clean. Room serviced every day. Air con worked well. Buffet breakfast had a wide variety of things to choose from. Free shuttle bus to discovery mall several times a day cut down on taxi fares. All these things make Aston Inn Tuban a good hotel, but it was the staff that made it a great place to stay. The customer service was fantastic from every staff member we met there. They are a happy and welcoming bunch of people and nothing was too much trouble.

Hotel was great, people were very friendly. A bit of a surprise when we arrice as you could drive past it unless you knew it was there but once you went in the drive is was really good.

“Other than location, it was a high quality hotel”

For a dirty city overpopulated with tourists, Aston Inn was a quiet, quality hotel away from the main strips of Kuta in Bali. The staff was courteous and professional, and the rooms were clean. The plus came with free airport shuttle service, especially in a city full of soliciting taxis. Even for being a little far away from the attractions, tour services know the hotel well enough to make pickups hassle-free. The only gripes I had with the hotel were the unreliable wi-fi and the bad keycard reader for my room, which the staff quickly corrected. If you are looking for an extended stay in Bali, this hotel may not be for you. Any major eateries, beaches, and attractions are a few kilometers away, so taxi transport is a must. Also, this hotel is not for anyone who is looking to be near any action in town, since walking on the streets towards Kuta and other places is a chore in itself, with numerous road repairs, rubbish piles, and open manholes. Overall, great room and staff, just the location from town was a bit farther from where I like to be.

Great hotel and reasonably good service and friendly staff. A better command of English for some of the front of house staff would top it off . The pool also lacks sun so even when its 35 degrees outside the pool was only like 15 degrees. Apart from those things the rooms were very clean and comfortable, the service was great (particularly bar staff), the food was beautiful.
